Fireftp is not compatible with the newest version of firefox. I really, really need to upload files onto an ftp site. I use it often and it's a big problem that I can't do it now. Is there any other way to do it? Another piece of software? Something built into Firefox 6?

I downloaded and installed firefox 6.0 and now every time I open firefox 6.0 I get two windows, one my normal homepage and the other is the firefox welcome window which I do not want to see.

Earlier today I thought I'd asked a question about fifefox only starting after I open another program .... I was wondering if anyone had answered it and I can't find it .... I didn't have to log on etc to ask it...did it just get lost somewhere?

In latest version of MF there`s missing button, which was in previous version: between buttons back/forward and the typing bar there used to be little flash, which showed few last pages I have just browsed. How can I restore it?

This happens if I click on any of the tabs I have open.

Therefore Firefox is useless as I can only view one tab at a time and would have to open it again if I want to view it again.

I am using windows 7 Professinal 64 bit. I cannot find 'show all bookmarks' or 'Eport' to backup my bookmarks. I have been to 'Help', clicked on the icon on the right handside, and cannot see the same illustration that you show. Unfortunately and reluctantly, if I cannot backup or replace my bookmarks, I will have to revert back to Internet Explorer, which make it quite simple. Please help. I am 68 years old, so plain language would be appreciated. Looking forward to your reply. staffywalker

my opening page only has Yahoo search with no other boxes. I can't go back to previous page or find a web site without going to the main site through Yahoo search. I thought it was a problem with Yahoo (it is my opening page) but they say it is Firefox.

some of my plug-ins and extensions and the harley davidson personna will not work, so I want to go back to 3.6--I liked the look and how it worked. Thank You, Steve Cutler

size of the general image that I see reduces toby about a third - I resize it by pressing Ctrl key and using my mouse scroll button to expand the whole image so that it fill the screen. As soon as I go to the next page the whole image reverts back to original size and I have to repeat the action again.

6.02 never cleared the invalid certificate from one machine but I never had it in my other two machines. This afternoon it appeared on my second machine. Apparently 6.02 did not fix this. What do I do?

The Firefox window is not shown at the top of the page. Consequently there is no Tools menu I cannot say what version of Firefox I have downloaded as 'about Firefox' is not shown. I downloaded it last week so I presume it must be the 6.02

When I used to click on the + of an already opened tab to open a new tab it used to open a display of windows (not tabs) of my most used sites and I could just click on the window to go straight there. Now I only get a blank page and blank address bar. I am very unhappy that this facility has disappeared. How can I get it back? I used it a lot. It has only disappeared since I upgraded to Version 6.02. Using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

In the older version of Firefox, when I opened a new tab, firefox remember and displayed previous open tabs when I clicked on the + field for new tab. This display showed last several locations where I visited and I could automatically click on it to bring up that last view. In this feature, I could go to any of my last 6 views quite easily and bring up any of them as a shortcut.
