I accidentally blocklisted Tumblr - and the popup says to go to options, but when I look, there is nowhere for me to remove Tumblr from the blocklist nor can I find the blocklist itself.

In a sub folder, no messages show, but, above where they should be (above the column titles), it tells me there are 2 messages. How do I get to see them and stop this ever happening again?

I created an account with chat gpt with my google login. Lately, when I try to log into it using Firefox, after I click the "Continue with Google" button, I am redirected to https://www.arkoselabs.com/ !

After a few tries with the same result, I tried in chrome and had no issues accessing my account.

This one's stumpped me. I'm at a loss. Anyone else having this problem? Is it a redirect virus? Chrome is prone to the yahoo redirect virus. I'm wondering if this is similar or if there's somethin' wrong.

My Kaiser website kp.org can't come up...the following error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

hi, when I am using Firefox to play a media file - both audio and video - an icon is placed in the menu bar - which can be used to navigate the media file. (i.e. stop/play/pause, ff/rw etc.)

is it possible to tweak Firefox so this icon does not appear?

I cannot find a parameter in Settings to turn this feature off.

Firefox uses 2.1gb of RAM with 6 tabs opened which is far more than it ussualy does and it sometimes just jumps to 2.5gb. ((Fore the Image) My task manager is in german so Arbeitsspeicher=RAM)

 I have Avast and Malwarebytes but this has never happened to me before with this anti - virus

My Firefox window with 15+ tabs just crashed. I watched a YouTube video and the solution offered doesn't work. How can I restore them? And does Firefox really not have a way to speak to a human being??

ever since i was in Portugal, and a repairman needed my phone to access our contract for a car repair, my web pages constantly show up in Portuguese. no matter what i set my page to, and it SHOWS it is set in English, i still keep getting pages opening up entirely in Portuguese..and have to work my way thru to reset it BACK to English.

what  is going on ?

Hi, I would like to export all my bookmarks once a day. This needs to happen automatically because it will be part of a bigger idea where I will be working with this file etc.

Is there any way to do this? For example: - do it using API directly in the Firefox Sync service? - do it via command line in Windows?

Tell me how to delete Google as the default search engine & replace it with another one. If I can't do this I will remove Firefox and also the Mozilla VPN from all my computers. I have used Firefox for years and supported Mozilla. As far as I'm concerned you people have lost your way if you do not give people the option to change their default search engine.

I want everything on my drive only. Not on cloud thru One Drive. I have tried searching but everything I find in incorrect. For example PC settings one drive etc. I can't find anything that is correct for instructions. I don't even see anything that says as a one drive option. My next question is then what happens to everything that has one drive in the path where do they go? I don't want my local information saved anywhere other than my computer not a cloud somewhere. Is this something you can direct me to where I can solve this? Thanks

I have a Mac desktop, a laptop with Windows 11, and an Android phone. I have about 120 bookmarks saved. On my Mac, they periodically backup fine and I can restore them if anything goes wonky. My phone and Windows laptop both show all the same bookmarks as the Mac. However, if I go to Manage Bookmarks to restore them on the Windows laptop, it shows many backups have occurred but only 5 bookmarks have been backed up. I have signed out of Firefox on all devices and signed back in. The Windows laptop did one correct backup showing the 120 or so bookmarks, and then every subsequent backup shows only 5 again. After a few weeks, the "correct" backup has been overwritten and is gone.

Anybody know what I can check to make the Windows laptop backup my bookmarks correctly?

Whenever I try to play videos on Firefox, the elements don't load right and no video will begin. On Youtube, this is usually either a blank page with no video element, or I get an error stating that the video can't be played. On Twitch, I get the streamer's default 'not streaming' message, even if they are live, and VODs don't work. I have several extensions to protect privacy and block ads, but even if they are all turned off I still have this problem. I've also tried turning my VPN off and on, and setting it to various different locations. Nothing works. I can watch videos on another browser without issue. Menu-pulldowns malfunction, after a while of usage, on a large 2ndary monitor, on M1-Max macOS Sonoma -- I have to shutdown, and restart Firefox to re-activate !

I often like to bookmark a website in multiple folders (e.g. School>Research and Work>Energy). I used to be able to do so by clicking the bookmark star as many times as I wanted and selecting the folder I wanted to save the page to and the page would show up in each folder I saved it to. Now for some reason, when I try to bookmark something in one folder it removes the bookmark from the other folders I saved it to. This is not good for me, why is it happening and how can I rectify this ridiculous change? Thank you.
