Hello everyone,

I need to disable all videos from ever playing no matter what for medical safety reasons, does Firefox allow this?

I've already found the option in the config to disable GIFs. Turning off autoplay is not enough.

To Whom It May Concern,

when browsing on certain websites, some elements take very long to load. Here is an example of the issue: https://puu.sh/J3hYt/1c315cc64a.mp4

On other browsers such as Google Chrome these elements load instantly after clicking on them.

I have uninstalled all addons and accepted all cookies, I also tried to disable hardware acceleration, all to no avail.

Dear Firefoxers,

Over the last year or so, I've had to switch to Chrome to load some pages properly. reCAPTCHA is proving to be a particular problem - which I'm told is powered by Google? I could be blocking Google content too much within my Firefox browser?

My wife is a long-term Chrome fan and says, "I don't know why you bother with Firefox, Chrome is much better", but I rebuke and say, "No! It's been great over the years, I've been using it since 2003".

Do I need to change my settings somewhere? At times certain pages don't load - it'll say 'Click Verify; or something similar and the 'Verify' button doesn't appear - I load the same page in Chrome, and boom, it's all there.

Am I doing something wrong with Firefox? I have version 100.0.2 (64-bit). Or is it time to give in to the mighty Google and go to Chrome after loyally using Firefox/Mozilla since 2003? (A daft thing to ask on a Firefox forum, I know!).

Hi there, I have not been able to log into my school account from my firefox browser which is my preferred browser. I thought it was something with my school account, but i discovered i can open it on any other browser out there. Any suggestions? I have cleared all cookies from this site. Thank you in advance,

I use a touch screen HP laptop. And when I shopping or just reading news and there is a picture on the page or site it pops up, even if I do not touch it. I can not see the text behind it. I know it is a setting some here because if i go to trouble shooting mode it does not happen. i have checked and unchecked every thing I can fine and nothing helps but trouble shooting mode. So when I close out and reopen Firefox trouble back. I have not tried other browsers because I only like Firefox

Per an article on yahoo news, I decided to clear data by going to: Settings->Privacy & Security->Cookies&Site Date->clear data

In hindsight, this turned out to be a mistake. Previously when using yahoo mail, it let me stay logged in for two weeks. Now I have to log in each time. There are also 2 or 3 other sites that logged me in automatically, but now have to log in every time.

How can I undo what I did?

I am an employer and use Indeed website to hire staff. I can log into my Indeed web account and can access all webpages except the Jobs webpage, the most fundamental part of this exercise.

I contacted Indeed and phone rep said to use Google Chrome which worked easily.

I am a dedicated Firefox user and do not want to use Google Chrome. Please fix this access problem which forces an employer to use Chrome to hire his workers.

Okay so I have started using Firefox recently and the only issue I have with it is that when I use YouTube randomly the YouTube icon near the nav bar keeps getting selected. I am not sure why it is doing this though. It seems like it is happening when I change tabs and then change back but is also seems to randomly do this.

Whenever I use web-applications that use WebGL or anything similar, they are always distorted. And yes, I have tried disabling Performance Settings, but that only slightly helped.

Hi guys, lately with one of the updates to firefox I've had something new crop up and I desperately want to get rid of it. When I save something from the internet to my computer there is a dropdown box that shows up from the downloads icon, which is on my address bar. (I'm assuming this is firefox and not windows.) It just annoys me and sometimes gets in the way. Help please?

This is the second time in 4 months I've had this issue. The first time I resolved it by clearing my cache. That isn't working this time. I've looked at the help articles and clearing the cache is there. This is where I found it the first time. Any ideas?

It seems that every time there is a firefox upgrade it destroys my ebay auction pages. Everything is thrown to the left of the screen and it makes for a difficult read on the page. Please help me fix this.

Ok, there might exist a solution to this, but I am not able to find it or even a better way to explain it.

So, the main issue is, I have a lots of tabs open on my Firefox (Linux) and after some minutes of inactivity, Firefox automatically deletes all the data associated with that site.

So, when I switch back to that site, it reloads.

The main issue is with Whatsapp Web, as I don't get notification if I don't switch to the tab every now and then.

There might be a option for this behavior in the settings but I can't seem to find it.

Please help me find a solution.
