I enjoy Firefox browser, but this morning I found that my add on/ extensions do not work and I found that if I try to add any extension recommended by Firefox I get the message " this cannot be installed the file is corrupt", I don't understand. I have tried a refresh, I have went to the fixes in about.config and no matter this situation doesn't change. please advise. I cant include a screenshot because it will not work.

After my PC had a blue screen, I reinstalled Windows. Since I use Firefox Snc, I relied on it. Unfortunately, I had to realize that after reinstalling and successfully logging in to fIrefox sync, all my data is gone. He says that he has successfully syncronized, but all bookmarks are missing as well as the settings.

I turned on my computer like any other normal day this morning, except when I launched firefox it was like it was freshly installed, all my passwords, usernames, cookies, saved bookmarks, work related history material is all GONE it's like I just installed firefox for the first time. A lot of these passwords I dont know off the top of my head so I'm going to have to ask my business partners for ALL the passwords... Why did firefox do this? What is the problem??

when my downloads are downloading on Firefox they keep crashing despite have a lot of space i'm no nerd switched to Firefox to avoid those creepy ads and cuz i like the name! i don't wanna go back to chrome!

When I try to log in to My Go Daddy account I get a message that says: Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, or using a different web browser. This has been going on for months.

Firefox has been my default browser for many years. My OS is Windows 10. Starting about a month ago, when scrolling through my feed on Facebook, as I get low on the scroll bar, the the feed starts scrolling rapidly on its own. I suspected a problem with my mouse, but a replacement mouse didn't help. Keyboard next, but that's not it either. I then looked at my FB feed using MS Edge. It did not have the problem.

Thinking my Firefox installation might have gotten corrupted, I uninstalled FF, rebooted the computer, obtained a fresh install from the Mozilla website and reinstalled. Same problem.

I prefer Firefox, but I am now opening Facebook using MS Edge to avoid the issue.

Any ideas ????

I want to import everything from avast secure browser, but ASB does not show in the browsers option. Is there a roundabout way to import everything(passwords, bookmarks etc)?

I was watching a show on one of my streaming websites and it it in a shorter box instead of a full screen. im not sure if i accidentally clickec on something because it is happening on more then one streaming site

Why is the add on not working all of a sudden. I checked Firefox add-on manage your extensions file and it says the add-on is turned on but all I get from the site is a green circle going round and round

For at least a year, the Healthline site stopped working in FireFox. This was finally corrected a few weeks ago. Now, for the last couple of weeks Reddit no longer works. Both of the above sites have always worked in Brave and Opera. A work around for Healthline was to run it in a private window but this does not work for Reddit. This has become very annoying to the point I am ready to give up on FF. Any suggestions?

Windows 8.1 Firefox 102.0.1 Clean install with a brand new profile

Noodling around about:config I discovered that the boolean value browser.sessionstore.enabled does not exist.

Interestingly though, it's numerical partner browser.sessionstore.interval does exist and was set to 15000. (15000 miliseconds = 15 seconds)

I was planning to increase this interval significantly. However...

It is my understanding that browser.sessionstore.enabled must be set to true for browser.sessionstore.interval to have any effect.

So what gives? Why is there a browser.sessionstore.interval set to 15000 when the prerequisite browser.sessionstore.enabled does not even exist?

I haven't been able to log into my credit card account in several months. I have spent much time on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. They are no help. Is there anything that would relate to firefox that would be causing this problem?

email@yahoo will not respond properly in Firefox and works perfectly in Opera browser. Also very SLOW to load many sites. Only the last few days. Is this a hack of some sort? More than yahoo issues as well. Just sayin'

Cannot log into godaddy.com. Error message is "Yikes! Something went wrong. Please, try again later." Works fine with Chrome, so have to believe it's in FF. Tried changing various settings in Options/Privacy& Security. Anyone else having issues, or better yet, a solution??

Yahoo mail is the only site on my browser that doesn't work. It opens and loads and you can open an email but you can't do anything with it. You can't look at attachments, delete, move, star, or anything. I've reloaded yahoo, created a new password and signed back in, closed Firefox and opened back up, restarted my laptop and opened back up, cleared cache - NOTHING WORKS. It works just fine on Chrome and my phone. I noticed that yahoo mail url is the only one that has a cross site cookie symbol. But when I take it out, it still doesn't work. I am beyond annoyed.
