I have 98.0.2 running. I have selected delete cookies and site data on close, but for the past couple of weeks I have noticed that it is not clearing cookies. I am running no add-ons and I am not running in private browsing. This has worked previously.

In the security part of my Firefox account there is a password that is different from my account login password. I don't know it and don't remember entering it. Apparently it is very important if I have to reset my information. How can I fix this without loosing any data? Thank You

Gentlemen, I try with Firefox to open cosmote.gr which is the main Greek telecommunications company and it gives an error www.cosmote.gr. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. and it won't open no matter what i tried. Please instructions.

Lately I'm getting a pop-up on my laptop and iphone offering to log in via my Google account. I don't have a Google account, and all the help articles I find just tell people how to disable that. I have cookies set to Strict, I've cleared the cache, made sure things are updated, and I still get this annoying pop-up. I've got various add-ons installed. AdGuard, ClearURLS, Cookie Autodelete, Decentraleyes, UBlock Origin, Disable HTML5, Facebook Container, Flash Control, and HTTPS Everywhere. I'm open to suggestions on where to go from here. Frustrating for this to just start suddenly, and having to find a way to disable it.

Firefox has become so secure I can no longer use it for work. I spend so much of my time allowing links to be opened from clients, etc. Has anyone found a simple work around for all the freezes etc?

For MANY years, and now your system wont let it load. I have spent over an hour going through the endless links in your "help" system with no help at all.

This site is not loading and the lock with the red line wont let me disable the darn thing.

If I have to choose between Firefox and being able to access what sites I want, then Firefox will lose the battle.

I have tried all your little "help" suggestions and none work. I have been a faithful Firefox customer for about 12 years, but the end of that era is quickly coming to a close.

For your sake, I hope this is something you can fix easily because that website has thousands of loyal customers that are having the same issue with you that I am now.

Recently, https://www.nhlottery.com had experienced a hostile act & then shut down their site. They were super great at being transparent, etc. However, as of today, staff have reported it is up and running with no risk.

I have an account that I am unable to access due to browsers reporting security issues. I don't know what to do? Im sooooooo not a techie, but I can follow directions. Help! ST

I am using build 100.0 Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6. When I go to www.papajohns.com and try to login it goes nowhere. I tried looking up the problem, which was to go to Settings and allow cookies for that site and now I'm able to login. The additional problem I'm having is in the purchase page, I have put in all my information including credit card information. When I click place order, instead of completing the transaction, it takes me back to the same page I entered my payment information and never completes the transaction. I have tried it on my iPhone through Safari and I was able to login and complete the transaction. I would prefer to do this on my desktop computer running Firefox rather than my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firefox is asking for a password but I dont have one, (using a 2012 imac). I'm locked out of using my computer. Started 3 days ago and I entered 3 false passwords which opened a window allowing me to quit but now it doesnt matter how many false passwords I enter it wont allow me to access my computer.

I am trying to view a website but the site thinks that I am spam. Mozilla keeps me logged in to the site but I don't want that to happen. And because it happens the site thinks I am spam. But in Private Mode it lets me view the site. How do I fix it in Mozilla so I can view the site without being locked out? I want to erase the auto log in for the site but it is not listed anywhere here on my PC/Mozilla. I tried to contact their admin but I do not get replies from them. Hi, I got a new computer and need to sign in to my account but can't remember my long, auto-generated PW. How can I reset with out losing all my data? Is it possible to talk to a human on the phone? thanks, Tyler
