In the last week, I have been unable to complete transactions using PayPal on three websites. I can see it going through until there is a communication with Google or Captcha. Then it hangs up. Now Blue Shield log in remains greyed out. All these sites work fine with Safari.

I was watching a show on one of my streaming websites and it it in a shorter box instead of a full screen. im not sure if i accidentally clickec on something because it is happening on more then one streaming site

I freshly installed Windows and therefore Firefox, I backed up my Profile folder before doing so and I moved my logins.json and key4.db files to the new Profile of the fresh installatio. But my passwords don't show up in Firefox Saved Passwords, the files aren't corrupted as I can see my data when opening the logins file on Firefox, but the passwords are all encrypted. I have given up hope that firefox will recognize the passwords (I have created new profiles and moved the json and db file there multiple times, refreshed the browser, installed and older version, none of them seem to work for me). Is there any way to decrypt my passwords outside of Firefox? Or is there a fix to this problem that I am not aware of? I have searched the forums for hours, and people who decrypt the files outside of firefox seem to do it in ways that I am not capable of doing so (coding ,etc)

Would really appreciate any help as this is driving me crazy.

I want to import everything from avast secure browser, but ASB does not show in the browsers option. Is there a roundabout way to import everything(passwords, bookmarks etc)?

Windows 8.1 Firefox 102.0.1 Clean install with a brand new profile

Noodling around about:config I discovered that the boolean value browser.sessionstore.enabled does not exist.

Interestingly though, it's numerical partner browser.sessionstore.interval does exist and was set to 15000. (15000 miliseconds = 15 seconds)

I was planning to increase this interval significantly. However...

It is my understanding that browser.sessionstore.enabled must be set to true for browser.sessionstore.interval to have any effect.

So what gives? Why is there a browser.sessionstore.interval set to 15000 when the prerequisite browser.sessionstore.enabled does not even exist?

I am constantly annoyed by the ever present "notification" to update Firefox to the latest version. There is no easy way to get rid of the nagging notice. PLEASE NOTE ::: I DID DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE MY PC TO THE NEWEST VERSION WHICH DID NOT LIKE AT ALL !!!!

So, I returned to the latest version I had been using and all is well. EXCEPT : I AM CONSTANTLY NAGGED TO UPDATE. WHICH I DID, DID NOT LIKE, AND DO NOT PLAN T DO IT AGAIN.

You need to add an option for user like me who have done what you asked and did not care for the result. IF YOU THINK PEOPLE WILL LEAVE, PERHAPS YOU ARE RIGHT ... IF YOU GIVE THEM THAT CHOICE. I PREFER TO SEE THE CHOICE TO KEEP WHAT i HAVE AND NOT GIVE IN TO THE LATEST WHIM. So, if your product is so good, why not let us decide to stay with the version we are using and not be nagged into a new one we will not like. Until recently, I had no trouble getting to Warwick Schiller's horse training videos on Firefox. https://videos.warwickschiller.com/login/ But within the last week Firefox erases my login and password when I try to log in. SAFARI WORKS AND FIREFOX DOESN'T. I hate that. Very Annoying And Stupid. Fixable?

Firefox has been my default browser for many years. My OS is Windows 10. Starting about a month ago, when scrolling through my feed on Facebook, as I get low on the scroll bar, the the feed starts scrolling rapidly on its own. I suspected a problem with my mouse, but a replacement mouse didn't help. Keyboard next, but that's not it either. I then looked at my FB feed using MS Edge. It did not have the problem.

Thinking my Firefox installation might have gotten corrupted, I uninstalled FF, rebooted the computer, obtained a fresh install from the Mozilla website and reinstalled. Same problem.

I prefer Firefox, but I am now opening Facebook using MS Edge to avoid the issue.

Any ideas ????

I've been trying to do some research on this and I've tested a number of results (clearing cache/cookies, running on Safe/Troubleshoot mode) but I'm still getting this error. I have also done a complete reinstall of the Firefox browser

I don't have any issue logging into any of the Google applications (gmail, youtube, drive, etc) on Chrome or Edge on my Windows machine, and I don't have any issues on my Mac running firefox, this issue seems to be specific to my Windows 10 OS on firefox.

It also occasionally works, so it's really confusing trying to debug what's going on (it works randomly if I refresh enough.

I'm not sure if it's related, but Youtube occasionally has issues connecting as well with the following issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would really prefer this to work properly, otherwise I might end up having to switch browsers since it greatly effects a lot of things.

When I try to log in to My Go Daddy account I get a message that says: Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, or using a different web browser. This has been going on for months.

On some, not all emails I receive, after clicking on the email, it only opens to half page size. I am not able to read all the email. If I use the scroll bar it does not taaake me to the bottom of the email. Near the bottom of the email it has the following : Options: Reply To All | Show Recipients | Edit Subject | Add Bcc

Yahoo mail is the only site on my browser that doesn't work. It opens and loads and you can open an email but you can't do anything with it. You can't look at attachments, delete, move, star, or anything. I've reloaded yahoo, created a new password and signed back in, closed Firefox and opened back up, restarted my laptop and opened back up, cleared cache - NOTHING WORKS. It works just fine on Chrome and my phone. I noticed that yahoo mail url is the only one that has a cross site cookie symbol. But when I take it out, it still doesn't work. I am beyond annoyed.

stupidly I downgraded to an earlier version as the latest version appeared not to easily change for one website to another. in the process I lost all my Bookmarks .Now I am on latest version without my bookmarks. How do I recover them ?

I use your superb browser to surf the web. One of the only sites I am having trouble with is Transport for London, www.tfl.gov.uk.

The thing about this site is, that when I go onto it, it simply freezes almost straight away. I use my wired mouse to try to scroll up or scroll down the site, and I cannot. It is just stuck. There are no scroll bars on the right to be able to click on to go up or down.

I am thinking this problem may have something to do with cookies. I say this, because the site is allright before the message comes onto the screen asking you to agree to cookies.

Is this a possiblity, do you think?

Or is there another possibility? For example, I have visited another forum, and told to increase hardware acceleration. Could this be the answer?

when my downloads are downloading on Firefox they keep crashing despite have a lot of space i'm no nerd switched to Firefox to avoid those creepy ads and cuz i like the name! i don't wanna go back to chrome!
