My company uses Oracle Fusion as its ERP solution, and I frequently have to download files from Oracle BI Publisher. Prior to V123 of Firefox, which installed this morning, I could click on the file/report in Oracle Fusion, and the file/report would get moved to my Downloads folder. After the update to V123, nothing happens after I click on the file. I had a co-worker replicate the problem after his Firefox updated to V123. Please advise if this is a known issue and if there is a resolution.

Hi jscher2000, I want to thank you for your advice concerning a problem I had downloading Firefox to my Windows 10 laptop. I tried to follow your advice but was not successful. In the end, I googled "what if Firefox doesn't install". It took me to a website, https://www.makeuseof.com/fix-firefox-not-installing-windows , which took me to an article entitled "8 Fixes to Try if Firefox Won't Install on Windows". I tried #1 and #2 without success. #3, Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus Software, worked. Firefox is up and running. Feel free to share this with anyone who has a similar problem. How do I download an excel spreadsheet without having to save it? Is this a "new feature" or a bug. I was able to do it previously but now it makes me save all excel spreadsheets before I can open them.

Please assist Nearly most sites I visit,a DOWNLOAD appears & if I open it,Firefox tells me that it is not associated with any of it files & it is isallmytube protocols If I search for isallmytube,it tells me it is associated with WONDERSHARE 7 I do not have that program on my computer It is very annoying Can you please advise me how I can get rid of it thanks Darryl

I believe the latest Firefox update has a glitch which prevents me from downloading audiobooks through the library's Overdrive app. After failing several times and talking to a very patient librarian, I finally used a different browser and was successful.

Hi New Dell Inspiron 15-3000, installed Firefox 100 in new laptop, transfered all files via LAN from old laptop All websites work ok except 2 of the 4 banking websites I use. One site will not accept my login the other will open after putting in my login twice Have gone to "troubleshoot mode" and both sites work , go back to "normal" and they do not work Any clues how to fix this, not to technical please I am not a computer whizz and all children have left home Many thanks Ron Managh

I downloaded a Windows 10 update last night. It was Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267202 (Version 1.361.793.0). Now, I cannot open Firefox. When I click on Firefox for around half a second I see an error box that says "Open Firefox in troubleshooting mode?" and nothing else, with no option to click yes, then the box closes. The same thing happens when I try to run firefox.exe -p to change profiles. I also cannot open Tor Browser, and I am wondering if there is a connection. I have tried uninstalling Firefox using the uninstall tool and reinstalling but I have the same issue. I uninstalled the windows update and opened Firefox. This time, it had the "Open Firefox in troubleshooting mode?" box but I could actually click on the yes option, and Firefox opened. However, when I clicked on the option to get a fresh install and remove the extensions, Firefox closed and I am back to the same place of it not being able to open again.

When trying to save PDF's, firefox use to save each file as ex/ document, document(1), document(2) etc... now when trying to auto save it is making me input a name manually and won't automatically add the (#) to each file. How can i fix this? Thanks in advance.

I lost my bookmarks when I updated - I have a file on my desktop that is labeled old Firefox data. Nothing I can find explains how to get the old data file back into the new version. Some articles do talk about how to restore lost bookmarks but they all assume I can "see" the old files if I click on the restore tab in bookmarks. That will show me the Old Firefox Data folder, but when I open it none of the file folders appear to contain the HTML data needed.

I am 76 years old and not terribly computer literate. I need rudimentary explanations to solve my problem.

Failing that, can I just go back to my old version that worked?
