Maximizing and minimizing are still normal, but Firefox windows could not be dragged now.

I reinstalled Firefox and made sure that I had unticked the data and history boxes, and declined the search suggestions. Nevertheless, the first attempt at entering a search immediately called up millions of the things. At Chrome, I have learned a sequence of eight clicks, whereby I can, for just that one search, avoid those hideous suggestions. If I could have a no-click option at Firefox, I would stay here. Otherwise, can you tell me how to uninst... no, I can first have another look in Windows settings. Looked through the C drive, but I recall now there is an "uninstall programs" facility in Windows. So, if you are able to tell me how to switch off the suggestions, I will stay at Fireofox. If not, I won't. I can remember a Google (or Chrome) person talking on TV, about 15 yrs ago, about this new thing they had (search suggestions) that everyone would love. Four or five seconds into his talk, I knew that I hated it, and have never moved a millimeter away from that position.

I am not too good with the computer and have just starting using Firefox. I will do my best to describe my question so please bar with me. I have 2 rows of websites that I frequent...actually only using the first row and 5 spaces in the second row. When I go to a different website Firefox is automatically adding that website to one of the boxes in the second row which I do not want. How do I stop this? Question 2...using Ebay as an example...if I keep searching on Ebay and have looked at lets say 5 different pages how do I go back to the home screen without having to hit the back button 6 times? There is No PC Firefox search microphone icon in address bar and No PC Firefox search microphone icon in google search. I can tap Settings. Scroll to the Privacy and Security section and tap on Site permissions. Next, tap on Microphone. However, there is no search microphone icon on Firefox address bar or in google search to click on. I RECENTLY JOINED FANSLY AS A FAN FOLLOWER AND SUBSCRIBER- IN ORDER TO LOGIN IN I SEARCHED FOR IT ON DUCK DUCK GO , BUT I I MISSSPELLED IT ,FANSLEY THEN IT CORRECTED TO SITE LOGIN IN WITH THE CORRECT ONE , BUT I READ THROUGH THE PAGE TO FIND THIS QUERY... WHICH I CAN ATTACH BECAUSE I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT , I AM NOT SURE WHAT OR WHO TO TRUST

I've gone through all of the steps to reset my Firefox browser and attempted to change my search engine from Duckduckgo to Startpage. Every time it works a couple of times then Duckduckgo hijacks the search engine back to itself. I've deleted this search engine, reset my browser, said yes to prompts by Startpage to be the default browser, and tried everything that I can think of. Very, very frustrating. And I start to worry about the security of the Firefox browser itself. Any ideas?

The video's play fine, but when I click off the browser into another app, the video begins to lag and stutter.

I've tried to mess with the Performance settings to no avail - also disabled extensions with the same result.

• The attached image shows Firefox (on the right) not displaying Helvetica correctly. It appears jagged and not pleasant to look at. The browser on the left is Edge and all Chromium based web browsers seem to render it as it should.
• I've tried to look into (about:preferences#general) and the option that says (Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above) is ticked.
• I've also tried reinstalling the browser, clearing the website cache and also, removing my profile from it. None of these seemed to fix the issue.
• It's been persistent for quite some time now, however I didn't really find any articles regarding this issue.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On the console log, it is giving a bad gateaway for the post request when I am trying to add photos from the attach option given below. Same issue on mobile app as well.

How can I enable the "ask to save logins and passwords" option? See the attachment. I do not use private mode and saving history is allowed. I can browse saved logins also, but I want to activate automatic infill of them. Firefox 102.0 64-bit

I chose the option to open pdf files (for example) on Firefox. But Firefox first downloads them to my "download" directory and only than opens it with Acrobat. My "download" directory now is full with garbage files that I need to delete manually. Is there any good option how to disable this "feature"? I would prefer not to see all the garbage files at all.

I changed "browser.download.improvements_to_download_panel" to false. Doesn't work.

Firefox version: 102.0 (64-bit) System: Windows 10 21H2

I recently downloaded a file that may have had some sort of virus or malware. The file came up negative in Windows Defender and Malwarebytes but I deleted it anyways; however, I still get a download popup every time I open Firefox telling me that "This file contains a virus or malware." I've cleared the download library and browser history (cookies, cache, etc.) but I still get the popup from the Firefox.

Is there any known fix for this? Thanks!

I have MS One Drive. In the last week I cannot connect to it from my online Outlook mail page. I have tried using Edge and Chrome and it works fine on these browsers.

Can you help me resolve this problem please.

In the last days I couldn't create shortcuts on SOME pages with drag and drop as I did usually. Today I formated the PC to start fresh, the problem remains!

The above are happening in SOME pages, not in all shortcuts. When I try to create the shortcuts on Opera they are created just fine. Perhaps that has to do with a bug in some update (windows or firfox)

I keep getting a message that "CAD 3.8.1" has deleted my cookies. I get this message every few seconds. I can't find where it's coming from to disable it. As a result my log in info isn't saved and I have to keep logging in. Has anyone else had this problem?
