Hello Team.

I have an old Firefox Mozilla account, but I can't recall the primary email associated with it. However, I do know that my current email is listed as a secondary email on that account. I would like to unlink my current email from that account. What steps should I take to do so? Thank you

yesterday, when i logged into my icloud.com to use my email, my screen became dominated by a thing that said something about protecting my privacy or email or what ever. there were two options, and I tried both of them, but that was all it would do. I never was able to get rid of that screen or use my email. I consequently logged into google chrome and then had no trouble at all with my icloud.com account.

I chose to switch to firefox recently so I haven't figured out how to fix this. Every time I turn my computer on and open my browser and try to log into youtube, I have to log in again. I can save my password for the site but it behaves every time as if it's my first time logging in. This hasn't happened in other browsers so im unsure if it's possibly google account settings. That's why it was my first assumption it was with firefox. so far other logins work fine for me. Thank you!

I do not have this problem with any other browswer, am using Win 11. have tried run troubleshooting and have reinstalled firefox. am about to give up on firefox after many years as there appears to be no help for this problem

Ever since FireFox updated to the latest version I'm constantly having Tabs crash within Firefox. The following message comes up: GAH. Your tab just crashed..

Yahoo Mail allows me to sign in, but then the mail page is completely blank. No navigation, no images, no text, just a whole blank white page.

I am on a Macbook. v11.7.10 - Firefox 118.0.1 (64-bit) Yahoo main page, news, etc all work fine. Yahoo Mail works fine on Chrome. Yahoo Mail on Firefox works fine on my Windows desktop.

Yes I have tried clearing the cache, etc. What's next, uninstall and reinstall Firefox completely? That's my only guess.

I used to use Nimbus Screen Capture, until it started having issues with the latest Firefox configuration.

It was capable of allowing the user to create a template to customize screen capture title.

Is there any way to do this for the Firefox built-n screenshot tool?

Per version 118 we now have the possibility to have webpages to be automatically translated from its original language to another one. As end user I get prompted for every page I visit whether I would like that to be translated. This is quite the flow-stopper. I have no need nor interest for this amazing functionality. However, I can't find anywhere an explanation on how to disable that functionality. I would appreciate it if I was not prompted for this translation possibillty. My question: how to disable this translation functionality alltogether? (I.e. How to stop Firefox asking me about it?)

The newest version reloads and resets nearly every time computer restarts over the past couple weeks. Same thing today, however, now I cannot load anything. I can get to settings, etc but it will not load websites - no error code, just keeps "thinking"

I am able to use Chrome, so it is not an internet/router issue.

I've lost a previous session because firefox updated. This happens all the time. I've lost so much time and work due to restore previous session button being grayed out. Is there a way to go back? Or do I have to try to find all of the tabs one by one in history? Is there any other way? I never get my work back like that. It's so frustrating. I'm going completely crazy from this. Any help would be very appreciated.

I need to go back two sessions. Is there any way to access that?

I also lose everything every time I restart. If I'm not careful any immediately restore previous session, I lose it. Is there any way to fix this issue? To make firefox remember and restart in the previous session instead of starting a new one and deleting the previous one?

Is there a way to stop Firefox from creating a desktop shortcut every time it updates? It is just desktop clutter for a lot of people, especially since Firefox is pinned to the taskbar anyhow.

Bookmarks and Passwords All Lost I uninstalled Firefox due to an error and Firefox no long was working. Upon reinstalling I lost all my Bookmarks and Passwords. I tried everything to retrieve the bookmarks. HELP - I have been collecting them for years. Most importantly all my business websites & passwords are gone. How do I recover them? There is nothing in the “Old Firefox date file”.

None of the "solutions" I've found so far did work. -clear browser cache -clear browser history -restart firefox
