I want to install the latest Firefox. This "Michael... password ________" ... "DESKTOP-KSPITTM\Michael" is getting in the way. Who is Michael? What is Expedia? Past installs did not put such obstacles in the way.

Can FirefoxTranslations be used offline?

Whenever I try to use FirefoxTranslations offline, I get errors like:

"We found an error loading the translation engine"

or, sometimes,

"We could not find the translation engine to download" (even though the relevant language's translation-engine has already been downloaded.

I was under the impression that we could use FirefoxTranslations also offline, but it wouldn't be the first time I happen to be wrong........

I reset my computer and made a new firefox profile, and I only imported my bookmarks, passwords and history. When I try signing into instagram, WITH the correct sign in credentials the page resets without an error message or anything. Signing in is like, impossible and it seems like whenever I try to sign in it refreshes each time. My logins are saved and cleared cookies/ cache but nothing seems to work! Is there anything I can do?

I am finding more than ever that Firefox is no longer working on several apps. When I log into my banking app it logs in but then locks up and will not allow me to maneuver on the site. On Microsoft teams audio does not work even though it is not muted and I cannot see other participants even though video is on. If I switch to Microsoft Edge both my banking and Teams programs work without problems. I have used Firefox for years but I am ready to go to another web browser since I have to switch to another browser many times anyway. Is there a solution? If not I will be moving to Edge as much as I hate to.

On https://www.trivago.de I cannot open the date section with teh calendar. When I click, nothing happens. Works well on Microsoft Edge

Firefox provides no way in the UI to remove the garbage. It may also be responsible for F-fox leaving numerous .part files on my mac desktop.

Running 112.0.1. (Mac, Monterey).

Maybe revert to 111?

When I go to Target.com and click on the search box to search for an item, Firefox isn't letting me enter any text! It's like the search box doesn't exist. Why can't I enter text here?

I'm on Mac running Ventura 13.3.1 and the latest Firefox 112.0.1 (64-bit)

Since the last update 4/18/23, I have been getting the following message on any internet searches through FireFox: Error Description: Could not process this "GET" request.

The same search will work on other browsers.

When I'm working on a project, I sometimes have over 50 sites open. Rather than close them all, I want to keep track of them for later reference, and then I want to close them. How can I accomplish that?

Why is everything made for touch? I can't even set the density to compact anymore and everything is bigger than it was before... I keep getting an error message when I'm on my Comcast home page that says "the page is slowing down the Firefox.Do you want to stop the page. When I stop the page than some of my apps on my Comcast home page don't work.Please help.Thanks.

I have been using Chrome browser long time. Chrome can do just 1 click a button for changing between profiles.

I am a beginner of using Fire Fox browser. I made 3 different profiles. but I don't know how to open profile 2 after seen profile 1. I know how to check these profile in one place (About Profiles).

There is no button to select the other profiles. Is there any other simple button like Chrome?

I'm extremely frustrated with firefox at this point for not being able to do something very simple which google chrome has. I want to organize my tabs into groups so that the next time my tabs close unexpectedly, I can open all of the ones from that group. I naturally organize them right now into windows and I minimize the window if I'm not using the tabs in that window. However, my new laptop cannot handle having more than 3 windows with 5 tabs open at a time. Last week, I was on a video call and firefox closed all of my windows that I had organized my tabs into. Once I was able to reboot firefox, I could not click "restore session" because I needed to get on the video call. Then the "restore session" button was lost. Many of the tabs I haven't touched for a few weeks, even though they were all organized together, I can't find them in my history together because I wasn't using them all on the same day and some of them were sitting unused but on a digital to do list within that window. I've tried every single tab organizer that is "recommended" on the firefox extensions and they all suck. I don't understand why they automatically hide my tab groups and then I can't open them again, I don't understand why I need to duplicate a tab to mark it in a certain container, it just feels like none of these are simple and none of them will do what I want them to. I want to speak to a real person. I need help. I don't think I can use firefox anymore. Why is there no help people here.

When I click on the 3 lines in the top right corner of firefox, my email is shown very plainly. This would cause issues with my profession if it were to be opened by accident.. Is there a way to hide my email address in that area?

I have been trying to use the option to sync passwords from Chrome and it will not work. I have a csv file of my passwords, but it seems you have disabled that option. Please advise.

I have to continually click pictures of buses, motorcycles, bicycles, then to back to I am not a robot. This just started 5 days ago. It sometimes takes 5 minutes of clicking pictures, to get to google. Tonight, 15 minutes, so I went to Chrome... I will have to quit Mozilla as my browser, which I don't want to do, but if I cannot access google.. I will have to. HELP!
