Hey team, I would like to know if there is a way to "name" the firefox window? I have multiple theme windows (for instance, one is for all recipes, one is for all news pages, one is for all online classes) with multiple tabs open and would like to find a way to navigate between them in an easier way. Naming them would be lovely, so I could name the window "recipes" and find the right one easier in the dock.

Anyone knows a trick? If it doesn't exist, any way to hint to the developers that this would be helpful? :) It could be just me though :)

I am trying to delete an address from the url autocomplete. I have tried "shift" "delete" and it works about half the time. This is one example that absolutely will not delete: flavourandsavour.com/

Can someone please help me? I am about ready to quit using Firefox because this is so annoying. I like using the auto populate but why can't i delete half of the urls I try to delete?

My google calendar will not load appointments. The page loads but the appointments never load and the blue loading bar at the top continues to refresh as if it is trying to load.

Things I have tried - Turned off all extensions - Ran firefox incognito (works if I clear the cache) - Cleared Cache (works only once)

I am looking first for a solution to the problem above. If I don't find one, is there a way to reload firefox and retian all the bookmarks?

I am running Firefox 84.0.2 on a Macbook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7. Since the new version of Firefox loaded on January 6, I have been having problems with how email from several vendors displays. If I call up Hotmail, for example, the page appears in teeny tiny type, so small that I have to pull the computer close to my face to read. And if I enlarge the page in order to read the left-most column, I can then only see the left-most column on my screen. I have to then scroll far to the right to find the actual message itself. I have tried the various "Display" options, but none of them have fixed this problem.

I switched over to Chrome as a test, and Hotmail is displaying normally there. So I conclude that there is some incompatibility between Firefox 84.0.2 and Catalina 10.15.7.

Any advice would be most welcome!

How can I block adds or at least be able to stop adds from blinking when I read the New York Times and other new sites that I've subscribed to? It is distracting. Is there a way to block all adds without interrupting normal function of the browser? Thanks.

Firefox 84.0.2 (64-bit) Running HTTPS Everywhere Running Privacy Badger Firefox set for standard enhanced tracking protection HTTPS-ONLY mode set for all windows

At my bank and a few other websites using HTTPS as standard operating procedure, Firefox gives me an error that the site is NOT using HTTPS and gives me the option of using only HTTP! This is unacceptable, financial transactions must be secured with HTTPS. What is the fix for this?

I'm spread thin and don't have the personal time resource to keep hunting through thousands of miscellaneous support articles that, from their titles, I haven't a clue whether they are relevant or not! (Though I tried investing an hour or so in this exercise getting nowhere.)

Hello, everyone Suddenly Firefox failed to work with google sheets documents. All my work files are unreachable now. Any suggestions what my be the problem and how to fix that?

I want to load a website. It is listed in the URL with the Red Anti stripe through the Padlock Icon. I try to Google Allow Unsecure Site Firefox. I also try to rearrange my search words, over and over. All of the "solutions" suggested in Firefox support blog require changing 9 security settings in 3 different sections of the preferences for the Browser. That is not that difficult. Note, I do not see any "solutions" suggested since 2018 or earlier. Caveat. I have to go back into the settings and change them back and restart Firefox for security to move on to UnSafe mainstream sites.

Is there not an "Allow Once" button, or Site Exceptions option? If so, how may steps is it to get there? How many steps to return to save browsing? This choke occurs with low skilled, low tech Pages, not sites.

I am attempting to view http://www.fortvan.org/pages/pearson-air-museum I can find no way of allowing this site/video to load without redesigning the browser, running 40 miles, cooking a cake, and painting the neighbors barn?

Should I just got to Chrome, who I hate, or Brave and get free crypto tokens?

When sending email messages to my HP officejet pro 8720 I find that it prints Firefo" instead of Firefox and it omits the letter y so words like flyer are fler. Other places on screen where font is another size the letter y does print.

I just started using Firefox recently. I can't get my search engine to stick. Every time i change it it changes back to Google. Every time I delete Google it shows back up . It's like a bad infection. How can I change my search engine and not have it revert back to default? I have performed all of the recommended procedures with no success. And I have no add-ons installed.

I work with a MacBookPro, system macOSCatalina 10.15.7 and the current Firefox browser 84.0.2.

I am currently having problems downloading documents.

Since yesterday I can no longer call up and download the online edition of a newspaper that I have subscribed to.

This is still possible without any problems using the Safari browser.

I updated the Firefox browser on January 7th, 2021 (to 84.0.2).

I haven't changed anything to the Firefox settings since January 7th, 2021.

What should I do?

I have an older imac. It works well but I can't open a lot of files/applications or even reply to emails on updated hotmail version. My os is 10.2.8 and I am using 2.0.0.20. My OS can't handle later versions. I can't buy latest upgrade from MAC (snow leopard or whatever latest is) because my computer not compatible with higher/newer upgrades. I want to use my computer but be able to have hotmail work and open pics etc. I don't know what to do.

I cannot send or forward email. Nor can I update my ffox 2.0.0.22 to ffox 3.6.8 as I am urged to do everytime I go into Hotmail. All was fine until recently. Any ffox download, regardless of number, always reads "corrupt image".

I tried to upgrade to a newer Firefox system because Hotmail told me they no longer supported my Firefox, but when I tried to upgrade, following the download, I got a message that said "corrupt file."

"the application firefox quit unexpectedly". The latest place I visited was my local DMV when this occured. What do I need to do to make it not do that again. It is very aggravating trying to get somewhere only to have it die midstream. Will the latest version fix it?
