I use a paid for subscription to Gemini AI. It often creates "visuals" for me apparently using JSON code. These do not show up at all. Moreover, the buttoms and other UI controls do not display well in Firefox. Is there a way to fix this?

Whenever I sign in to my VA account, I check the box to "Remember this browser" (as attached), but it never works. VA IT told me it was an issue with the browser (i.e., Firefox). This might have just been their way of making me go away quietly. (Blowing me off!) But I thought I'd check with you anyway. Can you help? Thanks

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

Hi, in this year I have sometimes problems with Google meet on my T480 notebook. I could not define any reason or what could be connected to this behaviour.

Start of the meeting is usually ok, but by time it starts to stutter. Video, audio and other callers stop to understand what I am saying. I have no issue with Chrome. And camera seems to be much better with Chrome. I use ocassionaly MS Teams and when I am in Firefox, it happened too. The main issue is, that it's unpredictable. It's not related to if I share the screen or not, or the others. It can be just simple call with camera off. And it happens sometimes, but often. So I learned by time to join meeting with Chrome. I tried to shut off extensions without positive result.

It is interresting, that it's working like that last several months. I started to use google meet in 2024 and it worked well all the time until this year. Hardware acceleration is on, I think I already tried to shut it off. I use ESET, that's only thing which occurs in my mind, what can be relative to this issue. But only in Firefox? Any advices?

i have checked my mouse settings and reset everything but no change,,this started after a windows update, so i went in and uninstalled the update but did not fix the problem..i don't know how better to explain it, the scroll just stopped working while trying to scroll web pages,when i try to scroll the page doesn't move ., if i move my pointer over to the right side where the indicator of where you have scrolled to is and i click under it to scroll down and sometimes it kindof goes crazy and scrolls through many,many pages instantly...i hope all this some sense to you computer gurus cause i have tried everything that i know...thanks for giving it a shot..i use firefox browser and windows 11

My Firefox crashed when my laptop was inactive. When relaunching it didn't have my usual tabs open so I did the usual, history- restore tabs. This didn't work and only opened 2 tabs when I know I had about at least 15 open. Please tell me other ways I can do this? they are backed up in file library, how do I restore them from there? or any other way, this is frustrating.

Can you help me repair my FireFox Browser? The shortcut did not launch the browser. It stated that the file had moved or was no longer working. It still appears in my App folder but the only option is to uninstall it. I have a great deal of short cut tabs and all my stored passwords. How do I repair this? If I re-download Firefox will it access all of my stored information and preferences?

After your security fix this morning, I discovered that I can't access my earthlink inbox. I keep getting the login page, and when I try to log in, the login page is all I get. I can, however, access my earthlink inbox on Edge. So I wonder if there was something in your security fix that is creating this problem on Firefox. How to fix this?

gerald.r.vargas 4. Aug. 2026, 08:23 GMT-6 Hi, this morning for some reason all the tabs I had open couldn't been loaded. Refreshening the page didn't help either. So I decided to shut down and restart my laptop.

Unfortunately after restarting Firefox only one page and its tabs have been reloaded.  All the others were gone. 

After trying about:support and session:restore it didn't help either, because only the 4th of Aug. was available. Is there a possibility for a session restore from the 03rd of Aug? or the previous days? If anybody has an idea, how to do so, please let me know.

When trying to access my Tablo units via my.tablotv.com, the browser appears to see the units (or perhaps it is using prior access data, I don't know). But when selecting a Tablo unit to connect with, the result is a "continuing" message with the usual circle, but then nothing else-- neither the expected successful connection nor the usual "problem connecting" message when something is wrong. I can still access the units as usual using firefox on my Chromebook, which I presume hasn't updated Firefox the same way. These are the older Tablo units, not the different system they are selling now.

I'll attach a screenshot. I did try "repair"ing Firefox using the built in Windows functionality, but that didn't seem to change anything. I was thinking of trying to uninstall firefox and reinstall it, if you think that might work. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Stephen Hedges

While Using Youtube : from the starting page (that comes up with multiple Clips displayed), I attempt to do the following: By selecting Open Link in a new tab, or Open Link in Split View (So I can Watch a specific clip without loosing the original displayed clips on the starting "face Page") ...the selected Opened Link Immediately Becomes Greyed Out And Refuses to Play the the Clip. To watch that clip I must close the video clip that I selected to then return to the original opening page to then Move the pointer back over the smaller box-clip that I want to watch, leaving the pointer on that clip is the only way to watch the clip. This Just Started Happening Recently...... This is Happening Every time..... Apparently, if you want to watch ANY of the displayed clips from a Start "Face Page" you can Only watch by hovering the mouse pointer on that specific Small Box Clip on the starting page...I can't bookmark that page without selecting the page to another Face Page, which then looses the smaller multiple clips on the original face page that I started on.

Has anyone seen this behavior? Is it really a browser issue or an extension one? Is it a config issue or a bug? I'm juggling 2FA settings on slack for a per workspace basis, plus to Bitwarden confusing different workspaces I'm also having issues with saving updated passwords into Bitwardens vault I'm also logged into my Mozilla account I'd like help troubleshooting this, thanks

This is a recurrent problem. I'm online with many tabs open, when all of a sudden they disappear and when I try to recover them by going in "history" [using the three lines at the top right of screen], and then selecting "recently closed tabs", and then try the "restore tabs", nothing happens! Previously, this had worked to offer me a way to reopen those tabs one-by-one, but now it doesn't restore anything. ALSO, I used to be able to shut down my computer, wait a few minutes, and then restart it, and would be offered a "restore session" option when the computer restarted, but that didn't happen today even after trying this twice.

I was once shown how to restore tabs by going up to the top right of the screen, but cannot remember how to do this. Can you please help me from loosing tabs, and my mind? Thanks.

Sadly for me it is absolutely not the case It has been a few days since I can't use Firefox at all. When I try to open it, it tells that there is a "side by side error" and that I should use sxstrace.exe. I did that and it tells me that It can't find mozglue, mozglue.MANIFEST, mozglue.DLL. I use Mozilla in French (it is my mother tongue), and it can't find them in French, English or in Neutral :

Thinking it was also linked to the Redistribuables Microsoft Visual C++, I just downloaded all of them again.

My version of Mozilla is 152.0.6.595 and I am on Windows 10.

Please I really need your help and don't want to lose any of my tabs, bookmarks and passwords as I was making very important research for my PHD studies.
