Hi, my 2008 Mac Pro uses OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6 and I am on Firefox 78.15.0esr, I cannot install the new upgrade. Can I continue using the older version of Firefox even though the sync will not work anymore?

Hi there, Please see attached image of screenshots of searches on Firefox and Chrome. The Firefox search images are incomplete whereas the Chrome images are complete. This has only started happening on Firefox recently. Can you please help me resolve this issue. I have cleared the cache & cookies, restarted my macbook etc but nothing has worked. For the past several weeks when I click on Messenger from the Facebook web page I get a blank page with the Facebook header. Same if I click the little shortcut button (brings up a blank box). I've cleared all cookies and cache but no change. I do not have this problem with Safari so I believe it is a Firefox issue and not a Facebook issue.

Dragging and Dropping an image from a website to desktop for a “.jpg” file extension in Firefox 78.15.0esr (64-bit) (right click + drag to desktop) only works some of the time on a Mac Book Air. When “.jpg” saving does not work, image file is saved as a “weblog” (see image below). How can I do a permanent fix?

I just "discovered" the existence of ESR, as 78.15 on my wife's beloved 2009 Mac OS 10.11. Our newer Mac is ok with OS 12.6 and Firefox 110, auto updating. We dislike relentless whiz-bang changes, and need just email, simple games, and basic browsing on the older Mac; email, moderate browsing, flight simulation, and some streaming on the newer. In plain English, please, what are pro and con of switching it to ESR?

HI. Firefox seems to be logging me out of all my sites when I turn off my desktop. In some cases, it won't even let me access certain login screens. I've already followed instructions about resetting cookie/login/search history settings, etc, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any ideas/advice?

I need javascript to access/print Ticketmaster concert tickets, Firefox drop-down menu doesn't show options choice. How do I obtain the options choice within the Firefox menu?

The bookmark dropdown submenus won't open any more. I can click Bookmarks>next random menu>next menu and it won't show the bookmarks. To be clear, I am going to a folder bookmark and then a sub-folder bookmark which won't show what is inside this sub-folder.

Any idea why this is happening?

I am using an older OSx version which I am happily using Firefox 78.15 with no issues. Last week I easily attended meetings via Google Meets with no problems to date, until today.

All of a sudden it states that my browser doesnt support it. I have tried all workaround, uninstalled add-ons etc.

Was there a sudden change? This will affact my day to day work if meets no longer works.

I'm using an iMac with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I am using Firefox 78.15. When I click on links, nothing happens. I have to right click and select "open link in new tab." I suspected it might be an out-of-date Add-On. So, I disabled all add-ons and restarted Firefox. It had no effect.

This problem is getting annoying Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
