Why can't I access Bill Pay?

This occurs on both my two laptops and my desktops which all run W10. For one of the laptops, it allowed access with the older version of FF until I let it update to R131.0, and now it gives the same error message. I have cleared all cookie checkboxes under "Custom", twice deleted all cookies, site data, and cache, restarted FF several times - each time deleting all cookies for citizens bank, and also tried running "Troubleshooting Mode." If I use MS Edge with default settings (I don't usually use this browser), then all works fine. Is there something else I can try, or is this a known issue with R131.0?

Thank you, Tony D.

so I am trying to de-google and moved from Windows to MAC. BUT, none of my auto text shortcuts work, my email isn't being populated in fields where it should be (I don't save passwords in FF, I use bitwarden).

Spell check doesn't seem to work either, all of these DO work on Chrome :(

Any ideas, I tried to turn on a setting I read on some old post (9 years ago) about the following setting but it didn't work.

Some months back when I get gmail from the Economist and try to go to an article the gmail links to I get this: Our apologies. An error seems to have occurred. The article actually appears very briefly but then gets overwritten by this error message. I am using an up to date Windows 10 PC.

When I go to Microsoft Edge this behavior does not occur. In Firefox I have tried clearing the data and cache but to no avail.

Any thoughts on dealing with this? I do not want to go through many heroic steps to fix this.

It just always seemed to have a problem with so i'm trying to go around google, but yet still use google if you know what I mean.

There are three accounts I have to use regularly to pay bills.

On one of them (PG&E), FF is useless. Can't even log in.

On the two others, banners come up that say FF is unsupported. Both still usable for the moment, But the future....

I fear FF is going to become unusable/irrelevant in my work-flow in the near-term future if the trend in my skewed sample continues.

I just updated my iMac from Mojave to Catalina 10.15.7. I thought Firefox would provide an update to convert the esr version to the standard Firefox browser since I am no longer using Mojave, but the next update is 115.15.0esr. Is that correct? My understanding is that the esr updates are just for computers using older operating systems through Mojave. I did not update to 115.15.0esr since I am not sure if that is the right version for Catalina. Any information and assistance you can provide me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am an avid or rabid Firefox user for more than 20 years. It was Firebird when I began using it. Now, sadly it is no longer my default browser. Recently, when I click an email link it opens a new Firefox web page instead of a tab in the always running Firefox web browser. This new page has different extension(s) behaviors and is unusable to me! Opera is now my default. I have tried "Refresh, Troubleshoot Mode and Uninstall/Reinstall. None of these worked. Any suggestions? Woody Ogden https://www.linkedin.com/in/woodyogden/ https://bvcomputerclub.org/officers2024.php

Phoenix Firefox was originally named Phoenix but the name was changed to avoid trademark conflicts with Phoenix Technologies. The initially-announced replacement, Firebird, provoked objections from the Firebird project community. The current name, Firefox, was chosen on February 9, 2004.

Firefox, free open-source Web browser created by the American software company Mozilla Corporation.

In 1998 the American Internet services company Netscape Communications Corp. decided to designate its Navigator browser as open-source for users, who began the development of Mozilla Firefox. The Mozilla team, led by the American developers Dave Hyatt and Blake Ross, sought to create a light fast-loading browser that would appeal to users in its efficiency. In 2002 they released their first browser, Phoenix, which soon included features such as bookmarking (for saving website addresses) and the ability to add extensions to modify or customize the browser.

First of all, there's this new thing called AI. Maybe you've heard about it when you meet a competitor at a party, etc. If you ever choose to use it (a pretty big "if"), you might install it in your forums. Nah, that ain't likely. But here's the question: How can I get FF to quit closing pages (photos, music, Word docs) when I want to save them? One of the problems is your FAQs are programmed to read CRASH, when they "see" CLOSING PAGES. I know, FAQs are there to make Mozilla more $$$$. They have nothing to do with customer service.

Hi - after a Firefox update today, I no longer seem to be able to access a sign-in page for any of my Google accounts. When I try to log into Google, I'm just brought to a page that says "clear cache and cookies." I've cleared my cache multiple times, restarted Firefox, run troubleshoot mode, restarted my computer - none of this has helped. Every time I try to go to a page to sign into any Google app - Drive, Gmail, etc. - I get taken to the same "Google Help Center" page telling me to clear cache and cookies. When I click on the "sign in" button in the corner of this page, it just brings me back to the same help page.

My Google accounts aren't the problem because I can access them from Chrome or Safari. But I don't want to use Chrome or Safari!

I've never encountered anything like this before. Help?
