I can't figure out which topic to use for this but I can't submit it without one.

When I click on the star icon in the address bar the star icon is filled in, and existing bookmarks do show with the filled-in star icon and they work. But I no longer get a dropdown where I can assign a folder, edit, tag, or delete an existing bookmark, and the pages I've tried to bookmark don't show up in Recently Bookmarked so they haven't been added. I don't know if it has something to do with the toolbar?

Nothing I can find online helps. The places.sqlite file in my profile is not read-only, and I refreshed Firefox (stupidly, before I took a screenshot of the pinned shortcuts on my New Tabs page) and that made no difference. The only extension I use is UBlock Origin. Changing profiles did not help. This is on my personal laptop and no organization controls my settings.

I stay up to date on Windows 11 and Firefox updates. I do use a VPN but it never interfered with bookmarking functionality before. (I see Firefox offers a free one now but I've got a couple of years left on my paid subscription).

I asked the community but got no replies. (I did "reply" to add more information which no longer applies, and I can't seem to delete the "reply".)

so after launching firefox i noticed that the shortcut icons below the search bar are smaller which is just frustrating and i can't find anywhere how to change them, could i get some help with this?

All the Firefox tabs and menus have switched to a tiny type size that is hard to read. I have changed screen resolution, enlarged screen size, set the minimum font size in Firefox and nothing works to change it. It was not this way before and I changed NOTHING. HOW IS THIS FIXED?

new updated firefox. i had the four rows of most visited sites and they were centered and larger. now they aren't and close to the bottom of the page which is annoying.

Hello, I have a few rows of website icons on my home screen for quick access to my most used sites. The rows were always spread across the screen so that the icons were a convenient size, and the text (i.e. labels) under the icons were complete and readable ... until yesterday. Now the icons are pushed together into a smaller area of the screen. Not only are the icons small, but the labels under many of them are truncated in order to fit into the smaller space. I did not make any changes to my settings so I don't know how or why this has happened. I am hoping that there is a way to restore the home page to its former state. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks for any help!

Have been a FireFox user for a dang long time, like over 20 yrs I think, but this is getting out of control what is going on with the browser!~ They First removed all the Un-Used short-cut tabs an left us with one over a year ago, then they forced it to the end a few months ago!~ Now they moved the Short-cuts up higher without even giving us the chance to lower them back down to better eye level, an the purple ring around them is not a good look either!~

I know this browser is free to use, but still it's like the government forcing things onto us without even the ability to say anything, you want people to be happy using ya Internet Browser, but never ask ppl their opinions on anything you do!~

What is it the PUBLIC can do to get this to stop or atleast be asked before anything is added so that way you do not end up loosing more users to goofle or other browsers like Internet Explorer??~~

Hello! I can't login to my x.com account from Firefox 115.35.2esr on Windows 7 SP1. I'd was stay logged in many years before I accidentally clear my cookies. And now I can't login. It just reloaded input form when I type my login and press "Next"button. I tryed login from Private mode, I tryed to disable all addons. Nothing helped. But I still can login/logout from Firefox 140.10.2 on Windows 11.

In Firefox console I see

Can anyone help me to fix it?

See attachment, some sites are not loading correctly at all, which ironically includes the mozilla sign in page. I also noticed it on camelcamelcamel.com. See attachments.

I already tried clearing cookies etc. Unchecking the "allow sites to choose their own fonts" fixes it but obviously I don't really want that disabled. I switched off Chrome recently so I'm already quite disappointed tbh.

For 24 hours now I have not been able to connect to Facebook via Firefox browser on my laptop at all. I can connect on my phone, but not my laptop. I've made sure there are no extensions on my browser, my firewall is off, all cookies and cache have been cleared, I even Uninstaller Firefox and reinstalled it. When I try to bring up Facebook, nothing happens. It won't even bring the page up. All other websites work fine. I can't even bring up Facebook to clear the caches in Facebook per the troubleshooting guide. It says to open Dacwbook and click the lock on the address bar, but I can't even open Facebook. What am I missing here?

help me restore my open windows. this has also happened a couple times before and its very frustrating when i have tabs open to read/refer to later or am in the process of reading and then i have to try and find them all again.

I tried to remove the new 'profile'. I don't want it. now ALL my data, settings & bookmarks are GONE ! Help me revert to & restore the previous account settings !!!!!

Suddenly I have to click passed something called a profile screen. Don't want it. totally useless. Absolutely annoying. I never want to see it again. How do I do that?

bold text I have been haveing trouble with my Spectrum email account (mail.twc.com)) Today I talked to a tech and she said they no longer are compatible with Spectrum. You log in and it says feature unavailable. They suggest using Google. I hate Google. It is just one giant ad machine. Their email is barely tolerable. They also said the reason they haven't fixed the issue is because they say Google is going away soon.
