I got an email saying my account was going to be deleted in 48 hours because of spam coming from my address. They say I should hit a button to get virus protection. Could this be true or spam?

What can I do to get my "upgraded" Firefox to display Facebook correctly. Right now, it is basically a blank page. Edge still displays Facebook correctly. Please try to give instructions that a non-expert can follow.

I accidentally closed both of my Firefox windows with an "x" and the rebooted my computer. After the reboot there is nothing under "History"->"Recently closed windows" and "Recently closed tabs". Is there any way to get my windows back?

Hello, a couple of years ago I signed up for Pocket Premium so that I could make use of the full-text feature, but I found that full-text search didn't work, which meant that Premium useless for my purposes. This was acknowledged by Pocket Support, and my subscription payment was refunded.

Before I try again it would be interesting to know whether the full-text search has been fixed and now works properly as advertised at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pocket-premium-full-text-search

Running on an M1 Ultra Mac Studio, Firefox struggles to play 4K videos in recent days where it would've normally performed fine. I've never had troubles watching 4K YouTube on Firefox, until the past week or two. There are no other applications running, and only the one tab open in Firefox. Just a regular 4K video. Why won't it play properly? Why does it start buffering randomly when I can see my network is just fine? Why does it just randomly skip 10 seconds every minute or so while playing? This exclusively happens on 1440p or 2160p (4K). Please fix this ASAP.

I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.

Hi, Mozilla Relay/mask is connected to an old, defunct email address. How do I change that? The verifications are going to the old address that I can no longer access.

Firefox tells me to close program because Firefox is already running. When I close Firefox then re-open Firefox: same message. When I check Firefox in Task Manager, there are anywhere from 6 instances of FF running and sometimes up to 24. Something needs fixed.

The Firefox "New tab" page shows quick-navigation buttons. At the top right of each button, the 3-dot menu has an Edit option. On the edit dialog is a link "Use a custom image", which then prompts you for a image URL.

I've tried pointing this to images in my Google Photos (a 1024x1024 .JPG), using an open-shareable link, but it doesn't work.

a) What format does the icon image have to be in? b) Are there any limitations on the URL? c) Is there a way to use a locally stored icon image?

I use firefox as my browser(I like it the best) I have edge on my computer because I upgraded to windows 10. I really dislike microsoft edge. I recently downloaded a couple of pdf's , in the settings it says that firefox opens the pdf. then I click on the pdf and when it opens it has a button that wants me to put edge as the default reader and so I go to the settings on firefox and it says that firefox is the reader tat opens the pdf but their is no way to make firefox my default pdf. it is really frustrating, as I said I really do not like the edge browser. Is there any way that this is fixed? thank you for your help!

Microsoft crashed and rebooted my computer. I restarted Firefox and can't access anything in the hamburger menu. Nothing happens when you hover over it, right click it. It's a dead stack of lines.

I manually navigated to Mozilla support and that works. Google search window works. I am signed in and see my name at the top. No menu; can't get any of my history.
