This randomly happened over the past few months but last couple days it's bad. The Google Sheets cells I have open on Firefox turn black. You can scroll and they will come back but just briefly and back to black. Very annoying as these are shared sheets for my business with other employees. It's not happening in Vivaldi Browser or Edge. I hate Chrome so not even trying it there but guessing it's fine. Seems to just be Firefox all of a sudden. See pic. Help please as I have no clue what's causing this.

All of a sudden, Firefox (125.0.3), running on Windows 11, is not delivering any sound at all on websites which have music or people speaking. The TOR browser does deliver the sound on those same websites.

Firefox - latest version, in Win 11 updated version, on my home server, will not load google.com pages, but intermittently works OK - frustratng. Other browsers, eg. Edge and Chrome access sites as normal on my laptop on my home network. My laptop using Firefox will load google.com pages when on another network. Is it my server, or Google, or Firefox doing this ?? Please provide any advice on solving this problem.

ive built a new pc and have a flashing program popup every 10min. upon assistance from a really good pc guy, we've found its a firefox default browser agent with a long code.

its not listed in my scheduled tasks, eyt runs every 10min. only thing close to firefox would be thrunderbird, but iirc, mozilla and thunderbird are not longer the same company. either way. i need this thing to stop running every 10min.

when I log into wetransfer.com the file transfer box is greyed out and I cant use. It works in Microsoft edge.

Help please.

I had to factory reset my laptop (or rather, an IT support person took over my machine and reset it before I could back up things properly!). I was not able to restore my previously opened tabs (there were a lot, like >100). It appears that all of those tabs still are showing on my mobile version of firefox as 'synced tabs'. Is there a way to pull that sync information from my phone to my laptop? If I press on "synchronise tabs" will the phone receive my laptops current tabs (not what i want), or will it update the laptop (what i do want)?

I am always having this problem of losing all of my open tabs. I am sure I am not the only person who has many parallel task running. Then, for whatever reason, the browser crashes, and in opening the browser, the single "Restore Previous Session" button is the only lifeline back to all of that work.

Would it be too much to ask for a simple session restore feature that is indexed to history? So we could go back to yesterday's session, or last week's, and not lose so much.

This loss of ongoing work happens to me 2-3 times a year, and amounts to untold losses of time, effort, and money.

The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? Hello there, since of late when I try to Google search something through Firefox browser I always get this message: ".....Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot...." So I did the test which took me through millions of tests, and finally gave me the search results. I though this was occasional one off thing but to my horror, no! It does always request CAPTCHA test now. I wonder whether Google doing this purposely to discourage Firefox engine search use and encourage to use Chrome instead - which I found no issues with at all! I use VPN of course but how come Chrome does not bar me while VPN is on? Anybody else found this issue? Thank you!

I can open the main

Etrade page but when I then click on anything else all I get is the hour glass which does not go away.  This is ANY other page I try to go to in Etrade.

I go to Edge and have no problems but I have used FF for many years and would like to continue doing so.

My computer updated with no warning one night, and i lost all personalization and even everything stored in my firefox, the sign ins, passwords, bookmarks, all. is there a way for me to find all that was erased?

Hello, First post and could not find this surprisingly... I'm wondering what settings to use for windows 11 VPN section. i installed on my desktop but when i go to VPN settings in current win 11 it does not list a VPN. is this possible to use Mozilla VPN at OS level or is it only via ff browser?

So on my Legion laptop, Windows 11 Home, the bookmarks keep rearranging themselves, iv also noticed A LOT of duplicates and folders which I did not add. I rebooted the laptop then tried scanning the it with WindowsDefender and Malwarebytes, and refreshing the application. On my desktop which is synced, there is no issue. I thought I was seeing things at first until I focused right on the bookmark tool bar and every 10-20 seconds one will just pop into a new position. Will a fresh install work? That's my next step, but wanted to see if there is a better solution.

If I delete my history of the websites I go on is there a way to either restore it or store it some place else in case I want to see it at a future time? Can I also do it If I delete my emails and I would like to see certain emails, again in the future? I use mostly Yahoo and Gmail? I'm using Windows 10.

I often have many tabs open (25+) I have made it so tab shrink way more then normal (I like the way chrome handles tabs where they basically just shrink infinitely. Firefox doesn't do it's even with my twerks but ohwell.)

so when i want to click on a tab with audio playing at a small size i often mute the tab instead of clicking on the tab

Where and how can i remove the mute button that appears when hovering over tabs with audio playing?

I have never found that mute button useful so removing it will not impact me
