Your new update has possibly screwed my private tavs opening data because private tabs no longer open when I use the firefox IOS website for my Iphone and it is quite annoying since I had a lot of private tabs open before this incident occurred Can I please get a response on how to fix this annoying problem by the firefox team and when an update will occur to fix it this from this 127.0 New Update of yours please fix the private tabs from closing on my IOS Iphone device it is quite annoying when I fully exit the app or give me an idea how to fix it.

I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

I'm using Firefox for ios to access all social media rather than using their apps. Since FB changed the messanger to end to end encryption, I can't communicate with any of my friends using Firefox, can you please let me know why and how to fix it, everything was working fine until the above change took place.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff

On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example,

Old tabs: 1 2 3 4 (active tab is 2) New tabs after clearing the history: 1 3 4 2 (active tab is now 3)

Is there a way to prevent this? I’d like to keep the original order of my tabs.

I cannot log-on to https//matrixfreedomplatform.info/#/affilliate. When I try I get a pop-up stating "you are successfully logged-on," but then the screen is covered with a milkey film and won't load. Any suggestions??

iPad OS version Firefox 126.1 (41973) iOS 17.5.1. iPad is am 8th gen When trying to read/use a website, it auto refreshes and pops back to top. I keep mine in landscape mode, and when trying to have a page open many will just refresh. In the dark theme mode, there seems to be an issue with the animation when long-pressing the Tab. However, in the light theme mode, the animation works fine

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. It’s not I stall and update as far as I know, it’s an issue I’ve never seen. My browsers, Firefox chrome DuckDuckGo etc none of them can produce search results though my internet is very much connected to my router. My isp can’t find an issue. What is wrong?

A white toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen (when using a Bluetooth keyboard) or above the floating keyboard (if using the iPad on-screen keyboard). It takes up space but serves no function and often makes it difficult to view whatever webpage I’m looking at, or, even worse, to see what I’m typing if the input field is at the bottom of the screen.

If the “Done” button is clicked, the bar goes away, but then doing so also exits the input field, so I can’t type any further if I close this toolbar. The up/down arrows seem to serve no function.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox app but the issue did not go away.

This does not happen in any other app, including other web browsers like Safari.

Any advice, or a bug fix, would be much appreciated.

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.
