FIrefox suddenly started removing my pinned tabs, without me changing any settings. Why did it start doing that on its own and how do I get it to work correctly again?

I access my Outlook email on-line using the Firefox browser. When I try to copy and paste information from one email (that I've received) to another (I'm writing) I get an error message saying that the browser cannot access my clipboard. I can't find any place in Firefox settings that controls this access. How can I make this function work? If it makes any difference, I use a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.8.2.

My Mozilla has 5 accounts, apparently the Firefox Forum account email matches the browser account password. It would be good to know which Mozilla account is linked to which, as new users confuse multiple account username and passwords with numerous Mozilla products affiliated or non-officially affiliated.

This is a massive barrier to entry for normies.

Desktop browser: no Bookmarks Phone browser: Bookmarks Goal: Sync phone browser Bookmarks to desktop browser Bookmarks. Danger: backup Bookmarks before Sync syncs wrong way and no data wipes data device.

Desktop browser sync prompt is wrong: Menu -> tap Sync and save data -> tap Ready to Scan -> scan desktop Firefox QR code -> Pairing unsuccessful. Try again. OK

Here's the correct steps: Sync your Firefox experience -> tap I already have Firefox for mobile -> tap Continue -> Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet -> open Firefox 144.1 (62735) on phone -> tap Menu (3 dots at bottom) -> tap Settings -> tap Sync Now -> desktop Firefox -> open new Tab -> Bookmarks appear -> right click Import bookmarks from another browser to Firefox -> tap Remove from Toolbar.

I think Firefox won’t load because I have duck duck go on iOS. I am trying to perform the sync option offered by Firefox. I am unable to use the camera within the app for the QR code but duck duck go comes up. What should I do next?

Hello, Bookmarks and Sync is still a mess on Firefox and needs the backup protection. Search results say to sync the bookmarks, however my question is about backing up before the sync, as unclear syncs can wipe Bookmarks from device1 when device2 has no data, and incorrectly syncs in the wrong direction. Desktop is easy to just copy paste the bookmarks file, but how to copy/paste a backup on iOS? I might post another question regarding the incorrect Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64) desktop instructions currently prompting on the browser.

Firefox on iOS states "No saved passwords" despite my desktop having all passwords and sync turned on. Turning off sync, signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstall, all did not resolve the issue.

Any help appreciated

I have iOS 15.8.5, Iphone 6s and the newest Firefox update. (Firefox still gets updates, nice and thx to all the helpers! its the only "popular" browser that does.)

My Problem: I open Firefox and go to a site. I leave that site open. Click the home button and wait a bit, click the power button or switch to another app. Then i open firefox again. There the website is gone and a new tab gets opened. It is the Home tab. Extremely annoying. I have to use Safari since that actually stays where i left. I want to use Firefox but this Problem kills the nice expirience.

I looked into all the Firefox Settings. Also i switched ios settings on and off but there is no solution.

Does your Firefox do that too or is it because i have the old ios15?

Hi This issue started today. When I’m in Firefox on my iphone14 and go to the search line my shortcuts and bookmarks, etc are now in the background. How can I bring everything back so that it’s all accessible when I use the search line? The only way I can access everything in the background, is by opening a new window.

I don't use FF on my iPhone XR.. but had previously connected my phone to computer via usb. My iPhone says the password is compromised! Does that mean that all of my passwords on my phone are also compromised? I have no idea what a password for firefox.com is used to access. It is not my master password that I normally use when logging into FF on my Win10, or previous Win7 OS. Can someone tell me what the password is for, or what it controls or protects? Do I delete it, or change it?? Thanks

I'm using my FF 145.0.2 on Win10 to post this question. I've never seen a request for a firefox.com password on my computer.
