RE: Thunderbird EMAIL only with ONE email account, I receive emails only in my JUNK FOLDER on my iPhone in my email box. I do NOT receive them when I look in my INBOX or my JUNK folder on my laptop using THUNDERBIRD email the email server is ATT / Yahoo. when checking the server, messages appear in the OUTBOX but replies or messages generated from the sender are received in my junk folder. I am unable to accept the message as NOT JUNK as messages are not received in Thunderbird. Hope this makes sense. Would be grateful for a reply and any option(s) that I can set to receive messages directly into my INBOX from this contact. thanks in advance for your support regards, Paul

Hi Paul As you said, the emails are assigned as junk before they ever get to Thunderbird. You see that by webmail or your iPhone. That means something in your online webmail settings is making them Junk. You need to figure out what your ATT/Yahoo account is doing. Log in to Yahoo online, check the folders there and see where these emails are. It seems odd they are in a folder called "Junk" ?? That is not the standard Spam folder for Yahoo. So check settings - filters - and see if you have anything moving emails to Junk.
