upon opening FF, it opened a "allow this installation?" tab for a plugin but i stupidly closed it. and it's not coming back.

can i get back to it? 

i dunno how important it was and am kicking myself. =/

Do you remember what the name of the plugin was? If it was a plugin you didn't install, and Firefox seems to be working fine otherwise, then I'd say you are probably fine.

Do you mean a plugin or an extension?

It is not very common to get a request to for plugins, but you can get such a request if another program tries to install a new extension in Firefox.

Do you see any disabled extensions in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions (about:addons)?
