Chosen Solution

If you press the Alt key the traditional menu bar will temporarily appear. You can then use the method shown in the exporting data to Internet Explorer article.

I'm attempting to use 4.0 beta 12 and the alt key does nothing. Essentially rel 12 is chock full of nasty bugs. How do I export my bookmarks!!!
