How do I export 4.0b3 bookmarks to Internet Explorer, since the traditional "bookmarks" tab no longer appears?

by TonyEIf you press the Alt key the traditional menu bar will temporarily appear. You can then use the method shown in the Export bookmarks to Internet Explorer article.

I'm attempting to use 4.0 beta 12 and the alt key does nothing. Essentially rel 12 is chock full of nasty bugs. How do I export my bookmarks!!!
