How do I stop the threading of messages in Tunderbird
My email messages now thread - so I get all of them in one package. How do I return to the old way in which each message stands on its own right?

You probably accidentally clicked on the thread column. Here's how to revert it: Open the View menu, then go to Sort by > Unthreaded.
