Maybe it will work if you run it as administrator. Anyway I had the same problem, but it disappears after running CCleaner, deleting all cookies, and restarting windows. Hope it will works ;)

Ok...today I ask for help to my system administrator. It is a Malware so deleting cookie or run as administrator are only temporary solutions. Definitely solved running the system in safemode and performing a full scan with Malwarebytes MBAM. It is also advisable to change all the password of e-mail and/or online banking account.

Ps: i think that anyway cookies and old passwords are gone, sorry.

ok thank you for helping i have some question , can i import my fire fox data ( password , bookmarks , and any personal data ) from fire fox to chrome or safari???? can i do it?
