Firefox theme is not working and I can't add them
Fire fox won't allow me to add any new themes and my old one the pictures is gone it just really black and I did try to get new ones from

But it still won't let me add them to fire fox and I've looked into my profile and I do not see Extension.ini or Extensions.cache I was trying to use the helpful link that did work for "Unable to install themes or extensions" but it didn't work since I'm missing Extension.ini and Extension.cache overall I cannot get a new theme and it's kind of annoying and my old one don't show at all and yes I did get it from the firefox theme place so what can I do? oh and I did add Personas Plus I didn't know if that would help or not

Hmm, that sounds like Firefox has made a mess, sorry about your issues! I wonder if it would be the simplest solution to just reset Firefox here. That would restore most settings to default, but you'd keep all your settings and bookmarks, passwords, etc. You would lose your installed extensions and themes though. What do you think? If you want to give it a try, follow these instructions: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
Let me know if this works or if you prefer a more detailed troubleshooting process.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use private browsing mode"
The first post did work and the second one didn't work that much I know my settings but yes I do know all about Private browsing I don't use it that much but thanks again
