A couple of things:
- Upgrade to Firefox 13 (you're currently running 12). Select Firefox > Help > About Firefox to upgrade.
- Check if your Flash plugin is out of date on this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/. If it is, follow the instructions on the page for upgrading Flash.
