i cannot connect to tauweb-cms.tau.ac.il .the site is ok.icleared cookies and cache and still does not load

Today I talked again with the site manager informing that the problem has accured to many users.
The site manager agreed that the problem is on the site and it will be solved by them.

The site isn't working for me as well at the moment.
Are you sure the address is correct? I did a search and got this; http://www.bing.com/search?q=what+is+tauweb-cms.tau.ac.il&pc=MOZI&form=MOZSBR
