Whenever I shutdown my computer and then restart it, I have to re-log into Facebook and my email account even though I check the box to remain connected. Please advise how to stay logged in when I shutdown my computer. Thanks Lisa

Thanks for reaching out, Lisa. I have a few questions.

  • Do you see this screen when you start Firefox?
  • What happens if you log into Facebook, close all Firefox windows (without shutting down), open Firefox again, and then visit Facebook? Do you need to log in again?
  • Does anything else abnormal happen when you shut your computer down?
