I keep getting this tab trrying to open on its own - https://trigger.io/afterinstall.html - what is it? How do I stop it?

I have tried blocking it with an add on called Leech Block but it tries to open all the time when Firefox is open. I'm using a mac if that helps

hello mike, please try to reset firefox to see if one of your other addons is causing the issue...
