can't set up mac to sync with icab
I am trying to set up FF on my mac to sync with icab mobile on my IOS devices.
First, when I go into: Tools / Setup Sync / ... I click on "I have and account", then "I don't have the device with me", which are the instructions on the icab website.
The I have my username and password to input, but I don't have a recovery key.
There doesn't seem to be any way for me to get past this point.
Could you please provide clear instructions on what I need to do.

have you gone through this:
Yes I have tried that. There is nothing there that assists me.
When I generate a new recovery key, then press continue, FF tells me the recovery key is wrong?
