Your system details list shows that you have two Flash plugins installed.
- Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602
- Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202
You should remove the older Flash 11.2 r202 version.
You can set the plugin.expose_full_path pref to true on the about:config page to see the full path of enabled installed plugins on the about:plugins page.
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/about:plugins
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/about:config
It is best not to leave that pref set to true as it exposes that full path to web servers via the navigator.plugins object, so reset that pref to false after you are done with the about:plugins page.
See "Manually uninstalling a plugin":
Note that this will remove all Flash players (for IE as well).

Some Firefox add-ons have a hard limit on compatible versions and may stop working after a Firefox update. To check for a newer version from Dell, see this article:

Can you find a newer/updated version that might work with Firefox 19?
Go to answer 2Yes, you are correct. Firefox 19 broke the web login plugin in FastAccess. We've developed an updated version of FastAccess that addresses the change, but it's not yet released (either to Dell or the Sensible Vision website). When it's released, FastAccess will automatically notify you of the available update. Accept the update and reboot and the Web Login feature will again start working again in Firefox 19.
