Fonts are pixalated. It's only in Firefox after I scrool down a page. I've used Clear Type, but it's only in Firefox 19

Some of the letters are faded in every word. If I highlight the sentence, it comes back to normal. Or, if I scroll down and back, it's okay again. It's not on any word document or in IE browser.

I have had the same issue.

I determined it's due to KB2670838 update that made changes to the following files.

   D3D10SDKLayers.dll
   D3D11SDKLayers.dll
   D3D10ref.dll
   D2D1debug.dll
