I have lost the From section on my email. It startd with Subject.
My emails no longer display the From section so I do not know who the emails comes from. It staets with the Subject and gives time and date sent. How can I get it back? zog Firefox does not work on my computer (the message disappeared before I could read the rest) what am I supposed to do?

Please update NOW Update Firefox to the latest version
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Can you type "about:" with no quotes into the address Field, press enter, and make sure it says Firefox 18.0.1?
After you do that, please read and follow the directions at Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should

Please type "about:" (without quotes) into the address bar and press the Enter key (the address bar is where you type website addresses like www.google.com).

Sorry I typed about without quotes in rthe address bar and pressed the Enter key and nothing happened. I did not see 19.0.1 anyplace or there. May I continue this request for assistance at another time? I have a Doctors' appointment that I must get ready for. I had no idea it would take this much time. Thank you for all your efforts.

Thank you all for your support and answers but the problem is resolved. I went to a computer friend who said my problem was that I hit the Hide button by error. Everything is restored and working. Thanks again. Now I know what to do if I run into any more problems. I had no idea there was such a network out there to ask for help.
