If you are going to install Firefox, there's an option at first start that allows you to import bookmarks from other browsers.

If you already have an existing installation of Firefox, You can press CTRL+SHIFT+O to view the bookmarks manager. At the top, click on "Import and Backup" and select "Import Data from Another Browser". Firefox will then search for other browsers from which you can get bookmarks from.
