download file only with IDM

Hi...I want to download all of my files only by internet download manager...some times I click to download one file but mozila download page appears...tnx for helping me

IDM latest is version 6.12 build 22, make sure you have it?

can you provide screenshot what page appearing? Also you can try this addon to download all files from one page
