When I go to Twitter.com this happens http://screensnapr.com/v/ufFzmM.png I tried clearning my cache and registry and use cCleaner. Still not working.

It works fine in IE.

Chosen solution

ok, then another thing to try: please enter about:config into the location bar, search for the preference named network.http.accept-encoding & right click and reset that to its default value...

Does it help if you delete the cache folder manually on disk?

You can find the location of the cache folder on the about:cache page.

The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.

Also make sure that security software isn't modifying the HTTP response header from the server.

Does it help if you force a reload from the server via Ctrl+F5?

Can you access the site via Google Translate with a random source language?

You can also try to reset (power on/off) the router.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
