How do I add back the refresh button (and others that aren't there anymore) to the tool bar
All my favorite items on the tool bar have disappeared... autofill, refresh, etc.

by cor-elFirefox 4 and later use a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end of the location bar.
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button.
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button.
Middle-click the Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
To move the Stop and Reload buttons to their position to the left of the location bar you can use these steps:
- Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize"
- If the menu bar is hidden on Windows or Linux use "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
- Drag the Reload and Stop buttons to their previous position to the left of the location bar.
- Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.
- Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise (Space or Separator) to get two distinct buttons.

You need to look for that Reload/Stop button in the location bar test area where you also see a star to bookmark the current site and the drop arrow to see sites that you have typed.

I am trying to restore the refresh and other buttons to the tool bar; however, they do not appear in the Customize window. So where are they?
Have you looked at the far right end of the Location (address) bar?
The only thing I see at the far right of the Location bar is the "Home" icon which I also use a lot. Still looking for a way to REFRESH. I update my website and have no way to see the changes. I wish I could go back to the old version but can't find it.
Trying to follow the instructions in the first comment, I opened View -> Toolbars -> Customize but found nothing for the Reload button. On a whim, I clicked on the Restore Defaults button, and VIOLA, the reload button appeared. I'm now a happy comper.

My reload button has disappeared - I can't find the reload/stop button mentioned by cor-el. I even tried restoring to the default toolbar but it did not show up afterward.
I'm using V7.0.1 - a brand new install on a new Toshiba Tecra laptop.
OOPS - found them - all is good!
