Can't open E-Mail in Comcast.net web site using FireFox.

I can open E-Mail with Internet Explorer but not with FireFox. I am using FireFox version 6.0.1. I,ve used the trouble site to no avail.

I've talked with Comcast and done all they could think of including deleting and reinstalling FireFox without success.

Chosen Solution

Logon to Xfinity Connect webmail using IE then open Preferences for that account and switch to Xfinity Connect Lite - see the screenshot. Then try it in Firefox.

Once again Comcast didn't test the changes they made to their webmail interface in Firefox. Not surprising since Microsoft is a major stockholder ion Comcast.

the-edmeister solution didn't work, so I called comcast. They reset my internet connection which cleared the problem. Hope it is permanent.
