Contacted email provider. Problem not resolved. They say it's not on their end. They send mail client config info for Tbird. It's the same as what I have configured. Everything has worked fine for years. There is nothing in the error log. Incoming works fine. Could update 38.7.1 have anything to do with it?

I think an SMTP log might be helpful here.
