I allowed Firefox to update all my add-ons and I think the results stink. I want my speed dial page and everything else back like it was 2 days ago. This was definitely NOT an improvement. I have always preferred Firefox over others but relearning how to use it every so often is not helpful.

Among the 9 Inactive extensions shown in your System Details is Speed Dial [FVD] - New Tab Page, Sync... 8.3.1.

Have you looked in the Add-ons Manager Tab to see if there are any messages there for all those Inactive extensions?

I see that all of them are disabled but don't know why. Some say unverifiable for use with Firefox but others don't give a reason at all. What came up to prompt all this change? I went through a learning curve when I had to change to speed dial after I couldn't get my website carousel to show up the last time this sort of thing happened. I'll try to adapt as I can if changes due to safety issues make it necessary but if it's just to offer some new way of using the web,I don't have the time right now to relearn how to use things when I've got current business stuff I'm in the middle of trying to finish up. If no other quick path to get educated about this change is possible I may have to use restore point and hope I can finish the stuff I'm working on. Thanks for the fast response and please bear with a user that knows just enough to be dangerous, (probably to myself).
