Upgraded to 4.0 from 3.1.16 and bookmarks were not imported. How do I import with 4.0?

I followed the instructions when I upgraded to FF 4.0. I was not asked about importing my bookmarks from previous version of FF. I also use IE and can import those bookmarks into 4.0 but cannot find the old 'Import' option. How do I do this with 4.0?

Correction on old version/release of FF: it was 3.6.16.
