Please assist or advise why Firefox seems to be slowing down my system by memory usage. I have a handful (6) of tabs open on 1 browser session and my system started slowing down so I checked my task manager and it shows that I have more than a dozen of Firefox instances open chewing up almost 90% of my memory.

Please assist or advise me on how to tweak my browser to perform better, and not to show ghost instances

In the past week or so I have noticed that some emails disappear from one inbox on my Windows 10 PC. I have three Thunderbird accounts (call them A, B, and C), and the emails only disappear from box A. It seems completely random, and furthermore they only disappear on my own PC. My husband has an identical set-up on his Windows 10 PC, which also includes the boxes A, B, and C, and the messages do NOT disappear there. I can also see them on my iPhone and two iPads, and they do not disappear from those. I have tried forwarding them to myself from my phone, and while most of them did show up in the A inbox on my PC, I have noticed that some of them have now disappeared again.

This is incredibly frustrating, because I do most of my work at my PC. I thought I needed an update, but TB says I am up to date (128.8.0esr (32-bit)). It can't be anything to do with the server, because it is so specific: one inbox on one PC only. There doesn't seem to be any special pattern--some have attachments, some don't.

Dear support team, I've the following issue with calendars in Thunderbird. Was on latest ESR version, an upgrade to latest version 136.0.1 (64 bit) didn't fix it: When I started Thunderbird, suddenly most of my calendars where no longer visible. I figured out by trying to add a new calendar it only (re-)appeared when "offline mode" (caching) was disabled. After changing the setting calendar.registry.[id].cache.enabled to "false" the calendars showed up again.

Could it be some kind of bug or could the calendar storage be corrupt? How can I fix it?

Hi. The "Thought-Provoking Stories" are not loading on my Firefox home page. The heading is there, and it looks like Firefox is trying to load them, but they stay blurry. Anything I can do? I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.

I have untoggled the spellcheck but whenever I send an email in Outlook it still underlines supposedly incorrect words. Now I am sending emails in German on a "German"keyboard. Would this make a difference ? I hope to be able to do an email without the annoying red underlines when the words are correct.

Hi could you assist? my firefox app keeps crashing after opening. I am trying to close tabs in the hope this will sort out the problem but these pages reload post crash.

Can I keep the open tabs but just not reload those I just closed after the crash?

I'm running Firefox on Kubuntu (v 136.0-3 Snap package) and accessing it from a Chromebook using Chrome remote desktop.

I have audio working fine for other applications (Chrome browser, MuseScore, Kdenlive, ...) - but when I play a Youtube video in Firefox for example, the sound goes to the physical host machine instead of my remote session. Firefox does not appear in the system volume "Applications" tab, either.

Extensions installed:

• Chrome Remote Desktop
• Google Translator for Firefox
• Mail Link Enhancer
• Mailvelope

Hello,after the most recent update I've noticed a change in the behavior of Firefox. If I have,say 2 livestreams or videos opened (in separate windows) and full screened,if I hover over the Firefox icon in the taskbar,I no longer get a live preview of what is happening in said windows. It shows a live preview of only one,and if I want to see what's going on in the other,I have no switch over to that window,which causes the first one to appear paused. Prior to the last update,that wasn't the case. Was this intentional or is there a new setting in Firefox that I've missed?

Sometimes in January/February, I noticed that most webpages appear zoomed in on my Google Pixel 9 Pro running on Android 15. I have tried toggling on Desktop mode to view content that runs off the screen, but this is not an ideal workaround. This issue might be related to a recent Android update because I noticed many display changes on my phone across multiple apps in January. I had hoped the recent FireFox update (version 136.0) would fix this issue, but it didn't. Text will overlap or run off the page. If I turn my phone sideways, the content will usually render correctly in landscape mode. But I normally use portrait mode, so I would appreciate this getting fixed.

When I video chat the person I am talking to (different people) they say it sounds like buzzing or vibration. Can anyone help me fix this. Also they can see me if it makes a difference.

Firefox in the task bar will not gob to full screen. It shows any open sites but will not expand the browser to full screen. Microsoft edge operates fine from the task bar. How can I fix the issue
