Every time I try to put a short youtube clip into my popcorn I keep getting the error that shows device support. I have a project due in 2 hours and I cannot complete it due to this error. I need help please!!!

I want to take my existing videos on Vimeo, add annotation and images, and display several of them in a html 5 video gallery player. Can I do this with popcorn webmaker? Thanks!!

Hi, an old version of butter provided the possibility to make a deployable version in the dist/ directory running "node make deploy". The current github version of popcorn.maker doesn't have the script make.js. Is it still possible to make a deployable version? Thanks.

I am using Popcorn Maker as the main tool for my PhD research. I am trying to load the projects which have been created so far and Popcorn Maker is not working. Is this temporary?

I have created a video for my GCSE ICT coursework but It comes up with 404: loose thread.

I edited two short videos and I have saved them both numerous times. I made them on separate days this past week, Thursday and Friday and on neither occasion could I preview the videos. I have tried trying to preview them from the My Makes section of the account and I have tried to preview them while having them open for editing and it does not work either way. It only gives me a 404 error that says there was a loose thread.

I read a answer response for someone else question about error where the support help mentioned hovering over the user name and going to the My Makes section, but this has not worked for me. What can I do to preview the content and then later publish it? What am I missing?

Now, the web video has a white background. Our company works with the colour red, so f.ex. it would be nice to give the interactive video a red background. Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to put the logo of our company next to our video.

Sketchfab links give me a window with "404 error" instead of seeing the object in my project.

I tried the short url for embedding, and the long url at the top of the viewer page, and the long url in the iframe embed code. None works. Tried a couple of different models.

Last night I saved my video after I edited it. The button said "Saved" and turned gray. Today all of the changes I made got deleted. This same thing has happened before.

In a larger context I am surprised that i could not EASILY search webmaker for an answer to what for me is a SIMPLE technical question. The Webmaker ethic is for me very interesting but before using any product I usually test its capabilities in order to establish its appropriateness for my personal project. I have probably wasted a tremendous amount of time (and travelled through time zones of frustration!!) which could have been better used testing the Popcornmaker possibilities to its full. I hope that you can give me some hint of a solution so that i can continue to believe in your adventure. I use Firefox as my browser & my OS is a linux distribution.

My students are remixing the web to create a transmedia story. To incorporate the interactive element they created games on another site and we would LOVE to add them to the story line or the end somehow. Is there not a way to embed the link? I thought it would work the same as embedding a tutorial - same concept - including a link…? Help.
