The latest Firefox update has made it impossible for me to log into https://www.discover.com/ I consistently receive the following error message: "Your account cannot currently be accessed. Outdated browsers can expose your computer to security risks. To get the best experience on Discover.com, you may need to update your browser to the latest version and try again. For questions, please contact us at 1-800-347-7769. We're always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Pop up blocker in the address bar has been manually turned off and antivirus VPN has been manually turned off. Discover has told me the problem is with the browser not their website. I can access the account via one of the less secure browsers (edge) but am not comfortable with that company and would prefer this glitch being fixed if possible. Can you please assist with issues that I am experiencing with LinkedIn not loading on Firefox? I have attached four examples, and summarised following. LinkedIn is working when accessing by Edge: on the same laptop, or by another computer. A summary of the four examples follows: 1. Another user’s feed not loading, 2. Group feed not loading, 3. My profile page not loading, and 4. Group feed not loading. The only control that relatively works is regular refreshing, though this is inconsistent, and is generally ineffective e.g. my feed may only be for a couple of: minutes, or hours; despite many refreshes, instead of > six hours with confidence by scrolling. The issue has been occurring for the previous four days, and other users are apparently experiencing similar, refer following. I unsuccessfully trailed the following: 1. Various minor setting modifications according to historical posts - I cannot recall all of the specifics, 2. Clear cache etc, and DNS flush, 3. Log in/out/restart, and 4. New profile.

I speculate may be a LinkedIn "bot" control feature, and my use appears like a "bot" - though I do not use any automated features. The justification for the “bot” speculation is the new profile apparently worked, prior to commencing my normal use - opening multiple tabs with LinkedIn, though this may be a coincidence. I also speculate that if was a "bot" control feature, LinkedIn would restrict my account, though is inconsistent with using by Edge.

The following may also be coincidental, though I have observed that emails in my Outlook webmail are slow to load, and occasionally require refreshing to read etc.

Since the past 2 days whenever I try to upload a document on any website my FireFox crashes and stops responding. Upon Further investigation it turns out this is only happening on the Downloads folder. I havent changed anything in my computer. No new software, No windows updates. It just randomly stopped working last night .

Hi! I seem to be having an issue with my browser. Every now and then, blue squares will partially or completely replace the icons on my toolbar an search bar, and disappear on its own after a while.

For reference, I currently have several tabs open (13) on a split screen, but only the icons on de left window are affected by this. This started happening this month, prior to this I was able to have multiple tabs open on a split screen without issue.

I'll attach 2 images so you can see what I mean.

I appreciate any advice I get to fix this.

i have been working for several days on the same website that I'm now, and it starts lagging and turning the screen to black until I close the browser completely idk why is this happening while it works on other browsers perfectly. please fix this

The mail.com login page does not function. It loads but all the tabs on the drop-down log-in menu are dead. At the same a long list of text tabs appears on the left side (superimposed over page in light blue print). These text tabs function, but there is no login option among them.

I have tried refreshing and opening a new tab, nothing works.

The page works fine on Bing.

The failure began in late July.

I play the game at https://word-salad.archive.org/, but most of the time it's considered insecure. This is the error I get: Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT. Yet, it will come on if I enter the url later in the day. Do you know why it's a hit and miss url? I would think that if they fixed it once, it would be okay.

I'm encountering a problem with my website on Mozilla Firefox. Although the website speed is excellent, it doesn't load properly—layouts are broken, and images/stylesheets often fail to appear. The site works perfectly on Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

Problem: When exporting or downloading content from the GUI in the digital forensics tool Velociraptor, underscores are appended to the beginning and end of filenames. File is otherwise downloaded correctly, but removal of underscores necessary if original filename is desired. One hypothesis is that perhaps for security reasons there were changes made in Firefox 127 for how character escaping is performed.

Tested Operating Systems: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11 22H2, Windows 11 24H2, macOS Sonoma (14.5) Affected Firefox version(s): Confirmed 127.0, 127.0.1, 127.0.2 Tested Firefox versions which do not reproduce the behavior: 126.x, 125.x > Testing Microsoft Edge, Chromium, Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux: files download with correct name as expected. Testing performed with clean installations on clean VMs with no add-ons enabled.

To reproduce: Download the latest release of Velociraptor from Github (at the time of this writing, 0.72.3) for preferred platform / operating system. The website https://www.thehindu.com/myaccount/ does not open up in Firefox (129.0.1). But it duly opens up in Edge. I cleared the cache in Firefox and tried number of times. But the page expected to open a login page, so I even added pop-up exception for the web site. But it still does not open in Firefox. Opening the site in Edge was a cakewalk without clearing cache or adding a pop-up exception.

When I try to edit & crop in Google Photos, I get the image artifacts as you can see in the image with lines and the image doesn't correct itself so it's impossible to edit well. If I save the image after all the lines are added, then reload it will show but then I have to start the crop over again to get both sides.

What could be causing an issue on Firefox but not Chrome?

Hi, out of nowhere my Firefox has stopped loading any pages for the past hour. I have read the existing community articles and cleared all of my history, cache, cookies, and restarted my computer 4 times. Firefox is up to date and was working fine up until I left my computer and returned to it an hour ago. I haven't downloaded anything new or clicked anything weird, I was just listening to a regular podcast this morning. All websites either show up as left-aligned text with no images, or are completely blank. This includes Gmail, Tumblr, Youtube, EyeBuyDirect, etc. All of these sites load perfectly in Edge so the issue is specific to Firefox. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit to Update: I turned off my AdBlock extensions one by one to narrow down the issue. The problem was AdBlocker Ultimate. I disabled it and now all my websites in Firefox are working as normal.

For some reason I cannot type anything in Google Docs on the Firefox Desktop Browser. In fact, it seems like the browser doesn't recognize that I'm using Google Docs at all - in my attempts to see what was up I tried to bold a word to see what would happen, but the Ctrl + B shortcut opened the Firefox bookmarks tab instead. This is happening across all my Google Accounts, but only on Firefox and only in Docs - I can edit sheets and forms without issue, I can edit them all on my Android through the google apps, and I can edit them in another browser.

This is an issue that happened suddenly yesterday and I cannot think of anything that's caused it. I double checked that I had editing permissions on these docs, asked the people who owned them to remove me and re-add me but no luck. I have cleared cache and cookies, logged out and back, restarted the browser, and restarted my computer. Though I haven't changed anything with my extensions recently, I tried deactivating and reactivating everything I had. None of this caused any difference and I still cannot edit. I've also tried a user-agent switcher to see if that could help, but no dice. It really does seem like the issue is firefox not recognizing Google Docs is Google Docs and I'm not sure what the fix for that would be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
