My name is Debbie. Years ago I chose to make my homepage to get to my email as the AOL Homepage. I have always accessed it via Firefox. Never any problems, until about a week and a half ago.

When I get onto the AOL homepage, there is a big square for stories that automatically shift from one to the next. On the right is always a picture related to the story. On the right is always a short text to describe the story/image - that is, until recently.

Out of nowhere, the text will not show up but ONLY in my Firefox Browser. Since I thought it was an AOL problem, I spoke with a Tech Support "Expert" (his word). I gave him remote ability to move around to find out the problem. He had thought it was McAffee and Privacy defender, so he turned both of those off. He also said that he went to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and called up the AOL homepage and the text was there. So he said it's a Firefox problem.

I am hoping there is even just ONE person who sees this and knows about the AOL homepage viewed via the Firefox browser. Someone who can tell me if this is just happening to both MY laptop AND my husband's laptop, or if it's a problem having something to do with not being compatible with Google Chrome? That's what my husband found and read to me.

It's not a serious or urgent problem, it's just what I've gotten used to. So if anyone can shed any light on why this happened out of nowhere and if there's a way to fix it, PLEASE respond.

I can;t navigate on the Home Depot site. Brave works but firefox won't let me open account setting on the HD site, I get a shaded left 3/4 and a white blank 1/4 of the right side. I don't know if a concelled popup is some where I need to click on .

Once FF upgraded to 150.0 a local webiste Jira for bugs does not work for Drag and Drop of file into the window... It tries to either save the attachments to my desktop or open them in new tabs... this defeats the purpose and creates extra steps

My URLs safeeenergyanalyst.org and safeeenergyanalyst.com do not redirect to https://russlowes.wordpress.com/blog/ on Firefox, but do on Chrome and Edge. I cannot figure this out, and have contacted GoDaddy and they say it is a Firefox issue.

Hi, I am reporting a severe issue on Android 15. On YouTube, the "Auto-next" feature and background playback fail. The next song plays for only 0.1 seconds and stops. I have personally tested this on 8 different Android 15 devices (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Realme). Chromium-based browsers like Brave work fine, but Firefox is being blocked. Please fix this discrimination.

Hello. Why nexusmods.com and loverslab.com are blocked (Secure Connection Failed) on my FireFox Dev Edition 150.0b6 (auto updates)? It bothers me to use it as a default browser. Both nexusmods.com and loverslab.com are ping well and work fine on any other browsers.

everytime i try to upload an image on a website or whatever as a profile picture, it would be low quality, im talking VERY pixelated, not all but MOST, the website is completely fine but there's just something wrong about my firefox, i try to have a profile picture? LOW QUALITY, tiktok? LOW QUALITY, etcetera? LOW QUALITY, at first i thought it was just the website that was broken, but its my firefox, i tried to do everything but just cant fix it, "UPDATE YOUR FIREFOX!!" it is the latest version already, just give me tips, if nothing works, firefox, fix the issue, its probably a rendering issue, if i download an image right, good quality, nothings wrong, and when i have it as my profile picture, instantly pixelated, basically, good quality → upload → low quality

Google will not allow me to sign in when using firefox, no matter what i do the message is always the same: Couldn’t sign you in. I tried literally everything that is mentioned in the guide: refreshing firefox, resetting cookies, disabling all extensions, disabling my anti virus. I even uninstalled firefox and deleted all user data, to ensure that firefox was as good as new, and it did nothing.

I cannot sign in to my banking website. I assume it's something to do with cookies or permissions. This is on my desktop, but I have no problem on my I-pad. I have the latest version of Firefox and I am using Windows 10.

I'm trying to login into microsoft office online. It let's me click on the sign in button, a new window opens up but stays blank. I'm assuming that window is supposed to be where I can sign in. However it will remain blank for some time and then disappears not allowing me to sign in. I'm not sure if it was with the new update.

1- I am forced to abandon firefox browser on desktop 2- I wont quit using firefox until mozilla keep fighting against google's discrimination 3- I am forced to see no proper error message 4- No proper reason is told to wait and try later 5- This war wont end

I hate google more than any company in this world.

Now every (not just any random ) video when play for 10 seconds shows me same ugly annoying message

"Something went wrong. Refresh or try again later"

NO refresh works later after one day or even after removing all the history and saved site data. Even re install of latest firefox has no effect on google. Changing user agent is not working either. Tor browser is the only way to watch any youtube video. BIG, GREAT AND MANY THANKS TO TOR NETWORK.

Tor is left for the only way i can have a little freedom to watch youtube videos.

My pain point is that why i am forced to abandon firefox. I have been using it for decades. I love it. Its my best browser ever.,

Why chrome is the only browser to be allowed to watch videos on you tube.

Even safari when used there is always warning saying your browser will not be supported in future.

Google is creating same kind of problems in Android OS too.

I strongly encourage you to raise voice for browsers other than chrome especially for firefox.

I use updates on linux and my firefox is always latest. There is no chance of any corruption or security risk with firefox on linux. Google intentionally forcing me to use chrome.

I want you to help me if have any clue what is going on.

For the past week everytime i use the search whether by using the address bar or context highlight a word i get a blank page as first result, if i search again i get the result. I use yahoo search engine as my main search engine for the past 10+ years. This doesnt happen if i set the google engine as i tested it in case it was an search engine issue.

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

When using Bing as the search engine, typing in Chinese returns garbled text and malformed URL suggestions. This also occurs when visiting bing.com directly and typing in Chinese into the search box; however, English input works perfectly fine. Other search engines (such as Google, Baidu, DuckDuckGo) do not have this issue. The problem is specific to Firefox—it does not occur on Chrome. I have tried reinstalling Firefox and clearing all data, but the issue persists. I'm getting the message "It looks like you have a browser extension that might be interfering with Microsoft Advertising tools. Please disable this extension." I don't have any extensions. I can't use their site until this is fixed. I chatted with Microsoft and they directed me to Firefox.

When attempting to reverse-image search an image, Google Image Search replaces the image with a blank white image.

Steps taken: Verified resistFingerprinting is false. Enabled it, got the usual colored crosshatch image. Disabled, got white box. Tested with PhotoPea (works just fine there). Tested with Chrome (works just fine there). Disabled ETP and generic tracking protections. Tested in private window (nope). Pasting to MSPaint, worked. Saving as an image file and trying to upload that way, nope.

Open to trying more things.
