Hi there,

I woke up this morning and opened firefox. Normally it opens the days previous tabs and this morning it didn't. When I tried 'restore recent tabs' it didn't do it. When I went into history and found the previous day's back up and tried to restore it also failed. Can you help?

Restarted my PC; all of my bookmarks disappeared. NOT acceptable. (Or is this just another "improvement" from Firefox . . . ?)

Where did they go; how do I retrieve them?

Really don't want to wait days until there's a response, as I DO USE MY BOOKMARKS ALL OF THE TIME.

after the last update all my password saved are gone i cannot access many accounts becasue i dont have the password or login i am very upset that i trusted firefox to keep my password now i am in trouble can you please help me to recover my saved password

i could n tlog in into my account becasue i forgot the password so i reset a new password hoping to see my saved password but du=idnt work

Man hatte mir eine neue FAssung von firefox eingespielt - firefox VPN. Danach waren meine Passwörter, die Chronik und verschwunden und eine veraltete Lesezeichen-Datei noch vorhanden. Wie komme ich an meine ursprünglichen Daten? Wo liegen diese?

i lost all my data from firefox, i restored my windows( formatted my disk and installed new windows), then signed in, and there is nothing, all things is gone, pls help me to restore my data

Receive the error message "Firefox unable to process file" when I attempt to restore my bookmarks. I have used the browse option and drilled down to my Firefox profile and chosen an older backup file but get the same error

I completed an update on Firefox and all of the passwords I had saved are gone. I have tried checking for alternate profiles, but that did not work. How can I recover my passwords?

After last update 3/26/26 I have lost all my bookmarks and my tab bar most used and cannot recover. I pulled up some steps and still cannot recover. When you get ready to make a drastic change like this why dont you get a notice that this type of information will be changing. I need to recover these asap.

Can anyone help. A forced update was done to firefox and when relaunching it was like I had never used it before. All bookmarks and passwords were gone. When logging onto my account not record of my bookmarks. When looking on my desktop there was nothing there either. Is there anyway to get these back?

I'm not sure what happened. I restarted my laptop and when I tried jumping onto Firefox it didn't have my normal accounts on it they were gone and I had to make a new one which means all of my bookmarks are gone, none of my accounts are logged in I am freaking out! What happened?!?!
