The messages in the attached file and others started appearing on one of our computers today. They look like they are from Mozilla Firefox. They have URLs to click on. Are they real or some sort of hack? If a hack, I hope you can help me stop them from happening. Please respond to [redacted] and also [redacted from community support forum] THANKS!!!

Under Settings>Privacy/Security>Browsing Data there is no longer the option to Manage Cookies, despite the help section saying that is where to find it. There is no other place in all of Settings to find the list of cookies. There is only the ability to delete all cookies in History, which I have no desire to do. I edit the cookie list weekly, and it is only now, mid August 2026, under Firefox 153 on Win 10 that I no longer have access to them. How do I get it back?

With an older version, i was able to clear cookies after visiting secure sites(s) - now I can't find a way to do this. Please bring it back - I consider this to be extremely important for my security!

I love having the VPN Add-on on my Windows 11 laptop and now I see that there's a plug in for my Android Tablet, too.

I see there's options to turn OFF the VPN, but i don't need it on all the time. To save the data limit, I keep the VPN turned off.

There are some sites that I log into that require me to either not be from Australia amd some I need to be VPN linked to specific countries, like the UK or USA.

Will there be a place to be able to list particular websites to turn the VPN ON for, and, where needed, specify a country to connect to?

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

F Focus enabled on Safari. Any effect on icloud relay. Advanced data protection on Safari not enabled yet as phone(SE 3rd generation able but older Ipad not. Safari barely shows trackers (4 in the last 30 days. Only in the mid 100-200 prior to that. Total contrast to the thousands listed on FFocus if used as an stand alone browser from the app. if Firefox normal (app also downloaded)is used as default browser instead of Safari is icloud relay, and advanced data protection of Safari not avaliable while using Firefox. Synchronisation between devices isnt a concern nor multiple tab management for me. Thanks for your help

Within the last year, I upgraded my phone from iOS to Android, and decided to switch browsers from Safari to FireFox while I was at it. The mobile version of FireFox has served me very well so far, especially the collections feature!

I also like to use private tabs to save content I may not want to view until later. Unfortunately, due to FireFox automatically closing private tabs, I often lose my place and reading lists.

The option to Keep Private Tabs is available on the iOS version of Firefox, as shown on this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatically-close-private-tabs-when-leaving-priv. Would it be possible to make this an option for Android users as well?

Guys because of the way the INTERNET is set up, none of our complaints are getting through to folks in other states i.e the Federal Government/White House. Y'all are going to realize how much these internet companies and phone companies control. I'm trying to contact the White House and another agency. Realize what and who controls wifi and phone internet. I've submitted alot of things and need help. No response needed, but if you know someone, have them look into security breaches with federal agencies. Especially in North Carolina. I said with the White House because I can't tag anyone. Our complaints go to a STATE BERAEU AND NOT THE FEDERAL BERAEU is all I'm going to say! I can't even download another browser through the play store! I need help. They control everything including your app. Contact the president about these agency breaches. People need help. This is serious. Get white house involved. Please help us. I'm Jakime Lamar Ellison. Please assist or advise why Firefox seems to be slowing down my system by memory usage. I have a handful (6) of tabs open on 1 browser session and my system started slowing down so I checked my task manager and it shows that I have more than a dozen of Firefox instances open chewing up almost 90% of my memory.

Please assist or advise me on how to tweak my browser to perform better, and not to show ghost instances

I'm encountering some difficulties with my current account, which is locked out. I would like to request assistance from the support team to help me delete my account and remove my personal information from the platform. However, I'm having trouble finding the contact information for the support team. I couldn't locate their email address or phone number, and I'm hesitant to post my personal email address and information on a public forum.

I'm feeling quite frustrated, as I've never encountered such challenges with an app before. It appears that I'm unable to reach the Firefox support team at the moment. Can someone please provide guidance on how I can securely and privately request their assistance in deleting my account and personal information?

I had to create a new account just to post this question because my original account got locked out. This happened because I recently acquired a new phone and didn't transfer the two-step authentication information to my new device.

I have all the location settings I can find on my Firefox browser, google, and device turned off, but the new firefox weather widget still had my hometown as the default location, which is is not the same location as my IP address. And when I went to buy a book online through Thriftbooks with a guest account the address line autofilled with addresses in my hometown. I do not have any addresses saved to autofill. Where is this information being stored and how do I get rid of it?? Is there something in about:config I can shut off or disable?
