I searched google with this in the search bar: " HP desktop running windows 10 using Mozilla Firefox and can't disable pop up after I click on File and click onemail link using Firefox browser.

I was unable to find the BLOCK POPUPS under privacy and secyrity and I tried 3 of the other suggestions google gaveme with the search therm listed above e and I can't seem to disable or block the popup after clicking on File, thenclick on email link in your browser.

What happens is: A bluish envelope pops up and makes a sound like it is sending the email link and then the envelope disappeaars. I don't know where it issending the link.

Please try the search term I used in Google and listed above and see if you can figure out a better step by step way to get rid of that POPUP, or block it, or delete itentirely.

I jjust want the old and very convenient esult I had before the update and it was soeasy to email limk and I would type in the address with a shortmessage of why I'm sendingthat link: usually to afamily member or afriend.

Why did I receive a message saying I could shake my phone to summarise an article, after I had already used the kill switch to turn off all AI? Was this a genuine mistake or is Mozilla sneaking AI features back on for people who specify asked to turn them all off?

I'm being bombarded by FireFox regarding "Dangerous Files" Downloaded, and I cant find a way to turn them off! Firefox instructions say go to Notifications on Privacy and Security, but Privacy and Security on my Firefox no longer has a Notifications link. The sfgate site itself refused to let me into its settings. Where on Firefox do I block it?

Suggestions for re-posting are welcome.] On Firefox for Mac, Apple now has a pop up bubble to display the requested six digit 2FA number, first in the upper right corner, then, annoyingly, repeating often in multiple additional useless places on the screen, whether or not the code has already been used. The Apple community says there is no way to block this misbehavior through Apple, except disabling all 2FA, which is a bad idea. Is it possible to block the multiple appearances of 2fa code advisory bubble all over the place through Firefox controls? This problem reportedly does not appear on the native Mac Safari, nor reportedly on Chrome. I got to admit, I don't sign into Firefox, and not being forced to do so is a Firefox attraction for me. ]

This tab group notification seems to be bugged or something. It just keeps reminding me over and over and over and over.

Any help would be appreciated.

I disabled the AI summarizer almost immediately after seeing it because:

1. It was not able to summarize the page
2. It blocked the information I actually needed to see on the page

However, shortly after disabling it I got a pop-up ad advertising the feature! (attached)

I do not understand what is meant by the address bar in the info about stopping the Passkey notice in Firefox. I tried typing in the line where the description of the webpage is located with no success. This line: (.https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form).

I keep getting nuisance popup prompts to sign into an old gmail account I had linked to my firefox program. I have since deleted this email from firefox and closed the gmail account but keep getting these popups asking me to log into this old gmail. How do I fix this??

www.usatoday.com Keeps sending notifications through Mozilla. when I click on "disable notifications" it only opens up a new tab to the site. I checked my homepage settings and as far as i know i have not installed a USA today extension. How do I make this go away? I would straight up block the domain if I knew how.

I found it in privacy /security> notifications and eliminated the website. This may have fixed the issue? I do not recall ever allowing the site to give notifications in the first place. is there a way to lock this domain out completely?

since making Firefox my default browser I keep getting "google chrome is not your default browser" how do I get rid of it? I have been trying. But google advice keeps making Chrome my browser. If cannot get rid of it I will just have to make Chrome my browser again.

Even in the notification setting found under privacy and security there are no sites listed, however, I am continuing to get banner notifications even after uninstalling the browser.
