I am on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 using Firefox 115.36 Oesr on esr update channel for many years. Unable to access Billpay due to message saying outdated browser yet Firefox says Firefox is up to date on the drop down box for Firefox. Up until tonight I had the ability to select option of "Continue with outdated browser" but did not have that option today. Should I contact Billpay as well as you?

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. Are there any •SERIOUS• “Thunderbird” savvy computer geeks in 155.0that could help me merge “old” user profile directories from *crashed* computer to a new computer without messing up either one?🙏

i used to do this stuff (with my eyes closed) but I no longer remember if I had breakfast today and they are my wife’s files! 🤬

I have new notebook computer plus the •entire• old computer data on a USB stick.

I.m an 81 year old man , and It is very difficult for me to use the computer, and now you make it more difficult for me with this new addition of Thunderbird that makes it more complicated for me,My question is: can I continue using Firefox with out Thunderbird ( that I don't like it ) ?

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. The directions tell me to open the file that i just downloaded, which is fine, except that I don't know the file name or location. What is it, and where is it? or how do I f find out?

Both Mozilla products spontaneusly disappeared from my computer. Firefox requested a reinstall, and all was recovered. Firefox completely disappeared, and I had to restore from backups. I am seriously worried. What is going on?

On my Desktop, I use Thunderbird Desktop Version 128.9.2esr [to access a gmail-account.] On my android phone, I use K-9 MAIL [to access the same gmail-account.]

So, today I get an email from Mozilla talking about a advances/upgrades to Thunderbird. The email went to a video link... so I watched that...

Is there a "new" Thunderbird App???

If yes, Can I just upgrade from my existing version 128.9.2esr... to the new Thunderbird?? Or, do I need to download a brand new Thunderbird app and install???

What about K-9 Mail?? Do I update the existing K(-Mail app to the new Thunderbird android App??? Or is this a new install???

Please help me understand what is going on with Mozilla and Thunderbird...

PS: Has Thunderbird been fixed so that I can access microsoft-email? I realize that microsoft is making it difficult to access email using 3rd party email clients... What is the status on this??

Hi, so i have a question: what are your plans to support windows 10 after 2025? How about windows 10 iot ltsc which is supported until 2032? Will firefox still be supported after 2025 on the iot ltsc version? Or will i have to switch to linux?

I am using Thunderbird 115 with macOS 13 (Ventura). When I upgrade to macOS 15 (Sequoia), I assume I will have to update Thunderbird to the latest version (138?). Before upgrading the OS, should I update Thunderbird to version 128 so that, after the OS upgrade, Thunderbird will then be updated from version 128 instead of version 115?

Also, I found this warning (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/installing-thunderbird-on-mac):

“If you fail to install Thunderbird to the Applications folder, every time Thunderbird starts it will not have remembered your previous session settings - it will ask you to create email accounts, or otherwise indicate that it has no data. You must drag the Thunderbird dmg file/icon to the Applications folder.”

I am currently running Thunderbird from a subfolder in /Applications. Do I have to move it before updating?

Just today after installing latest Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit and upgrading Thunderbird to 128.2, when I launch Thunderbird, after 30 to 60 seconds, the app goes "busy" with the hourglass pointer, and I have to kill and restart. Each time it still freezes after one mouse click. It has been working on this computer for months without problems until now. The only thing that changed was an update to the latest Microsoft preview WIndows 10 64bit from "Windows Update" a couple days ago.

Is this my system only, or are others having this freeze problem? I have to kill Thunderbird after waiting several minutes with it still frozen.

I don't want to change to another email program.
